The worst experience I’ve had after travelling for months. Rosanna was unprofessional and extremely rude and disrespectful. Upon arriving to check-in at 9:30pm (we arrived 2 hours later than expected as our bus was delayed due to roadworks). We were left abandoned on the streets, ignored our calls and emails and texts to allow us check in, even though I had confirmed we were coming. Overall a great hostel but the internet is really bad to the point it's unacceptable. I stayed at multiple hostels in this area and cafes and their wifi was the worst (others around me had same issue). Please raise the price and buy acceptable internet, if you're a digital nomad definitely don't go here.

the single room on the bottom floor was the worst I’ve had so far. There is only wooden shutters instead of windows to the common area which you have to keep closed at night so your only light in the room is a neon light bulb. The worst thing was that it was damp and there was mould on the walls and it smelled terribly like mould (and chemistry to remove it?). >30 USD for those rooms is heavily overpriced. Would not recommend it for the single rooms.

staff is kind and good basic breakfast. however there is bedbugs. I told them I hope they will do the necessary.

I was charged 50000 pesos for the breaking of sink despite it being already detached from the wall. I turned on the tap and then it immediately smashed I should not be liable because this could have happened to anyone but it was unfortunately me. Stay elsewhere if you want to avoid being charged from something that would inevitably break.

This has been one of the worst experience I've ever had. They have 4 private rooms on the first floor and I got to sleep in two of them. The first one smelled very moldy and the second one was even worse like a mix of mold and pie. All my cloth smelled disgusting after one day. The rooms have internal windows towards the kitchen and reception area and it's extremely loud. The worst is the manager who charged me for a Deluxe room even after she gave me the worst room in the building.

I found a bedbug on my pillow. They gave me another room but even though the bed bug was dead they put the pillow back on the bed and wanted to let the next girl sleep in it. Not a social hostel too.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Was uns vor allem gestört hat: das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster und dadurch einen hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, im Zimmer war Schimmel.

Really cute rustic hostel. Really lovely staff who are happy to help. Not social whilst I was there (but may be the season). It’s a quiet hostel with a homely feel. Lovely place to relax and have as a base fk explore Jardín from:)

Sehr schönes Hostel, wir waren in einer Zeit dort, als es nicht so busy war, aber wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Besitzerin war sehr sehr lieb und hat unseren Besuch angenehmer gemacht!

Lovely hostel, good breakfast and facilities in a central hostel. Not very social however had a free dorm to ourselves!

nice hostel with familiar vibes. The Ladies from the reception helped with everything. Tour recommendations were amazing. breakfast was good. only negative point: no curtain and no energy direct on the bed

In the end I was not really happy about staying here. The room had no window or air ventilation of any kind and there was black mold on the walls. It was also very humid and all my clothes felt moist after two days. also very loud and impossible to sleep longer than 7am :(One of the main reasons I chose this hostel was because of the activities listed in this app but there are no hostel activities they just help you to reserve tours, which in the end would have been easier to do yourself

Really loved my stay here, the staff were really friendly and the area is just great. Basic but everything you’d need, and clean.

Martha was so amazing! She keeps the place clean and makes amazing breakfast and she’s so helpful! The place is at a great location and safe.

Great hostel with lovely staff that's always ready to help out!
