the rooms are very small and it smells really bad, my friend also got bedbugs from that hotel. and there is no bar at all. also tried to get extra money for dirty bedding, I refused to pay and the matter was completely forgotten. I do not recommend anyone to choose this hotel

Sehr sauber und modern, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Was jedoch als Party Hostel angepriesen wurde, da wurden wir schwer enttäuscht: ab 10 Uhr abends wurden die Lichter aus gemacht und wir durften nicht mal mehr in Ruhe am Pool Karten Spielen o.ä. Generell gab es keine Veranstaltungen und es war kaum was los, daher war es gut dass wir in einer sehr großen Gruppe angereist waren. Die Lage ist Top wenn man den Kuta Trubel mag und schnell am Strand oder zum Einkaufen kommen möchte. Leider hatten wir in 2 Betten in unserem Zimmer Bettwanzen, woraufhin sich das Personal jedoch direkt entschuldigte und mir ohne weitere Nachfrage gleich ein neues Zimmer gab 👍🏻 Das Frühstück war spärlich, dafür aber von hoher Qualität und sehr lecker! Im großen und ganzen lässt sich an diesem Preis-leistungsverhältnis absolut nichts aussetzen :)

Bed bugs! First dorm room had bedbugs in the curtain, then second room we found more! Refused to refund us or offer to clean my stuff! 3rd room the air con was leaking so bad we had to move to a 4th room in 3 nights!!! breakfast was awful in a dorm, unless you paid extra for a 2 bed room.

Our room was "The Cabin" Negative: -Webs on bunk bed -stains on the sheet and comforter (looks like they didn't change the sheet from the last customer) also the sheet was yellowish -there was 5 of us so our 6th guy is always random, one complained that her previous bed from another room got bed bugs so she was transferred to our room -They said they change linens every 3 days we stayed for 4 days but it's still the same on the 4th day, i know because the stain is still there. -The guy receptionist during the night is so rude -Floor on our room looks so dirty and has a cement that looks like a pile of black sand Rm 202 really bad-looking -No place for unloading and loading (the street is really narrow) you can't stop to unload because there are cars behind and the parking is full -Sometimes you can smell bad odor(after poop smell) from the shower area - Pool is dirty. there are some weird white stuff floating in the water - Mini safe not working properly. Positive: -Air-conditioning is great! -they allowed us to stay at the pool past 10 pm (as long as were quiet) -tidying the room everyday -Great Facilities (slide is stronger than it looks) -Comfort room on the pool area is clean (better than ours it's even scented) -Has Washing Machine & Dryer - There's a hanging egg chair on our room seems out of place, no one really stayed there but it's good for pictorial - There's a rack for hanging wet or used clothes (wish it was bigger) - So many electrical outlets Overall: I would still book here again if i'm on a budget. (because it can be improved by the management) I chose to stay here even though my preferred rooms are sold out and our tour guide charged us more because we stayed at the center of traffic. I expected a lot bec. of the reviews & pictures but I was really disappointed. I'm a neat-freak, linens are very important. we didn't got a chance to report this problem to the receptionist because so many people queuing everyday and we got a scheduled tour, we leave early and arrived late everyday.
