Lazareto 148 Hostel

A lady at the reception was very polite, but what I don’t like, they charged us is ‘cleaning fee’ and the bed for two is too short (for me🙂). The location is so so- nice view but far away from the city center, so you need a rent-a-car or bus No.40. However, very clean hostel and perfect view to the Atlantic ocean!

I loved the view from the hostel and the outdoor area. However, the hostel did not reflect the price. The bed was shaking a lot every time someone above me moved. I think the lady working there does a great job and as good as she can, but it is a lot of work for one person to both clean the house and reception.

Lovely hostel located 1.5 km from Funchal city center, offering a calm atmosphere and amazing views. Very clean. Great stay!
