Cuando reservamos el hostal en hostelword, nos dice que el desayuno está incluido. Por eso hemos elegido este hostal. Pero a nuestra llegada, nos dijeron que no hay desayuno y pusieron la culpa sobre nosotros. A pesar de que les hemos enseñado la página y nuestra reservación donde mencionaba el desayuno incluido. No nos propusieron nada para arreglar la situación, ni un descuento ni otra cosa. También las duchas no estuvieron buenas.
When we booked the hostel in hostelword, it tells us that breakfast is included. That's why we chose this hostel. But on our arrival, they told us there was no breakfast and blamed us. Even though we showed them the page and our reservation where breakfast was included. They didn't propose anything to fix the situation, not a discount or anything else. Also the showers weren't good.
Todo muy bien, solo un comentario: en las habitaciones y en el baño hacen falta ganchos para colgar la ropa. Estuve muy contento, ambiente limpio, seguridad excelente y personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y seguro volveré
Everything is fine, just a comment: in the bedrooms and in the bathroom you need hooks to hang clothes. i was very happy, clean environment, excellent security and very attentive and always willing to help staff. i highly recommend it and will definitely come back again
The hostel is pretty new but its getting there little by little. Great location and the staff is very nice, special thanks to Lilia a great worker, always trying to make the guests feel happy and at home
Really nice and new hostel. The owner is super friendly and helped me a lot. Rooms are clean and the whole bed can be locked so you can store your stuff in. No kitchen, so if you plan to cook it's maybe not the best place.
