- Booking.com cancelled one of our reservations just hours before arrival—well into the check-in window—despite us booking three months in advance. We only found out upon arrival, where we witnessed several other guests facing the exact same issue. The worst part was the unreachable customer service and their refusal to compensate us properly. They offered a meager €25 for leaving us to sleep on the floor for a night, effectively ruining our group holiday since we were forced to move to a different hotel. They didn't even offer help finding alternative accommodation, claiming they would compensate us afterward, only to later refuse because it was NYE. Since our arrival was after midnight, it was impossible to book a new place for that date. A customer service representative promised to cover one of our upcoming nights, but the company later reneged on that promise. We spent approximately €60 on international calls and received only €25 in return—not to mention the hours wasted explaining the situation to five different agents. I previously had good experiences with Booking, but it's clear that customers no longer matter to them. I asked the agent: Which department can I contact to request the records of our phone calls? These recordings would prove they promised full compensation before backpedaling. They replied it is not possible. Save yourself the stress: book directly through the hotel or use another provider.

- I booked with 2 months ago 2 rooms to spend my holiday. After 30h flying and arriving there exhausted, at 22:00 pm they told us it was a mistake with the system and we are fully booked. Without any other explanation. They didn't know English, didn't give us money back or help us to find something to sleep. So we had to pay 4 times more for a room that night. Very unprofessional, rude and unpolite.

- Comment dire : on attend toujours la réponse à nos messages pour savoir s'ils ont une navette pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport. Le personnel très antipathique, nous ignoraient complètement , n'ont donné aucune explication a l'arrivée, horaires petit déjeuner qui celui ci d'ailleurs était infâme et a mis plus de 45 minutes à être servi, dire où çà ce passe, des infos sur le lieu etc. Leur seul souci, c'est de prendre la caution pour la clé. Niveau chambre, zéro isolation phonique, donc on est pas dans la même chambre que le voisin, mais presque, bruit de la rue et des voisins, bref on a pas beaucoup dormi. Donc, à éviter si vous pouvez. Heureusement que l'on a vu une autre face de la Thaïlande avec une population très chaleureuse.

+ Als aller erstes habe ich das beste Zimmer im Haus gebucht nach gefühlt 24 Stunden reise von Deutschland nach China nach Thailand bis ins tiefste Bangkok habe ich mich endlich gefreut mein gebuchtes Hotel Zimmer zusehen und endlich mal anzukommen leider wurde meine Freude komplett zerstört…Normalerweise bekommt man immer ein Upgrade aber zum ersten Mal bekomme ich ein downgrade im Hotel weil ein Gast den Zimmer noch eine Nacht länger bleiben wollte obwohl ich Men Zimmer vor 3-4 Monate reserviert habe.. also ehrlich abschaum

- This hotel is a tourist trap! The create ridiculous charges upon check out, even the manager said “I think it’s ridiculous and outrageous too, I’m not sure why but it’s company policy”. I was quoted almost the price of the room in extra charges until I refused and then somehow the manager dropped the charges by more than half. Everyone checking out at the same time as us seemed to be going through the same thing. You could cut the tension at reception with a knife. It’s best to avoid this place at all costs, luckily I only stayed for a night. Hotel is infested with mosquitos (they had to change my beddings when I checked in because a massive mosquito surrounded by a pool of blood was stuck to the sheets) but make sure you don’t get mosquito repellent on anything or you’re getting charged.

+ Der Preis is in Ordnung

- Achtung dieses Hotel ist ein extremer Scam. Erstmal von 4 Sternen weit entfernt, hinzu nehmen die am Anfang 1000 baht um einen auszunehmen, die suchen irgendwelche Gründe um einen zahlen zu lassen, ich habe ein Handtuch normal benutzt dafür sind Handtücher da, und man wollte mich beim Check out Geld zahlen lassen weil ich das Handtuch nutzte, hinzu ist es extrem hellhörig die Betten sind unangenehm das AC schlägt einen direkt ins Gesicht und jeden Morgen sind die Rohre der Wasserleitungen direkt im Zimmer und man hört ununterbrochen sehr laut lautes Wasser es ist wie als wäre jemand im Zimmer und tut Wäsche waschen dieses Hotel ist nur darauf ausgelegt Touristen auszunehmen also lasst euch nicht von dem Preis beeindrucken am Ende suchen die Gründe euch mehr Zahlen zu lassen

+ Das Bild vom Hotel wurde definitiv bearbeitet. So sieht es in der Realität nicht aus. Zu Fuß ist es eine Herausforderung, da die Gassen sehr eng sind. Die Betten waren bequem.

- Am Abreisetag gab es einen Feueralarm und Stromausfall. Leider haben wir in der Hektik eine Sportuhr auf dem Zimmer liegen lassen. Wir haben im Hotel angerufen und mehrfach Mails geschrieben, ohne Reaktion. Sehr schade.

+ The location is great, the staff is really nice. Check in is almost 24 hours a day. So you can book last minute at night and show up near midnight and still check in. The hotelrooms are very clean and nice. 7 eleven a short 3 minute walk. And an even bigger one a bit further as well.

- They knew of a scheduled power outtage in the whole neighbourhood but did not mention it to the guests of the hotel. Instead we rushed outside due to a fire alarm going off. Their breakfast is not good value. They have a breakfast menu. But they have a seperate breakfast menu with two options that are not good at all.

+ Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, facilities that you need on very short walking distance.

- They had a neighborhood power outtage. That they knew would happen. And did not notify the people that stay there. The fire alarm went off and the power went out. The shower also stopped running remaining that time which was several hours. It was also when me and my wife were getting ready to check out. So very stressful to get out 5 stories down with no idea what was going on or staff walking by to calm down the ruckus. Breakfast included Is different than their breakfast menu. They put it up for everyone to see their “full menu” but as soon as you order it. They point at their “breakfast included” menu. Which is option A and B, both bland and not worth the money. Good if you are on a tight budget.

+ - l'emplacement proche de station krung Thom Buri

- - Erreur sur ma chambre réservée 1506 - Changement 2 jours plutard 1203 - Bruit d'écoulement des EU dans la chambre 1206 qui réveille à chaque fois. - le petit-déjeuner est une arnaque ( 2 tranches de pain 2 œufs au plat 1 tomate et 1 café) sans fruits sans jus. Cet établissement mérite 3 étoiles et non 4 étoiles. - l'extérieur du bâtiment en ligne n'a strictement rien à voir avec la réalité. Coupure d'électricité le dimanche 15 février avec un déclenchement de l'alarme, ce qui a réveillé une bonne partie des clients tous en pyjama à l'accueil.
