Nexy Hostel

Catastrophique, pas d'eau chaude, maivaise wifi et chambre de littéralement 2 m2 pour 8 personnes. Sûrement un des pires hostel qu'on ait fait

The location is good but the eight person dorm I stayed in had aircon but it didn't do anything. I got sick during my stay and wanted to cut my stay short by one night because of the non working AC. The staff didn't give me my money back with some lame excuse that that wasn't possible due to me booking through Hostelworld. The hostel has the layout to be social but it isnt. There are no activities. I wouldnt stay here again.

small claustrophobic dorms and chillout zone. overated hostel in general.

- Staff had an attitude. - the rooms were MUCH smaller than photos and smelled. (It was so hard to get onto the top bunk).

Everything was great. But DO NOT buy any services from them. From water to tooth paste to tours, they have an insane mark up. They charge 75 usd for a tour which is in the market available for 50 usd. That too the same tour and company. A 10/20% mark up is fine but being a Hostel which should provide value - a 50% extra for just booking the tour is insane. Staff was helpful, and other things were fine. Not a party Hostel, but comfortable and chill vibes. Everything else was fine.

I was very disappointed with the hotel, the value for money is not at all correct. positive: -comfortable & clean bed - friendliness of the workers negative point: -cleanliness of the bathroom/toilet. The showers are glued to the toilets so the floor is always wet - very small and welcome too many people or that the space capacity does not allow it - very bryant - very noisy opening system "beep" every time someone enters the room (my clothes have shrunk because of their laundry ser...

Honestly just go somewhere else, such bad value for the money, just one toilet for an entire floor, staff was super rude didn’t even say hi to you when you left/entered the hostel… comfy bed tho!

Quite narrow, so I felt a bit claustrophobic. I was also in the smallest room of the hostel, which did not help. There was no atmosphere at all, and the bathrooms felt like I was on a camping site.

Good location, but overall rather mediocre compared with how it is written up. No one was ever at the bar including at happy hour and there’s no buzz or atmosphere with the travellers and no events are ever hosted it appears.

Great place, great location, great price. Just doesn't have a water fountain, but there's a 7-Eleven nearby so no bother👍🏼

Nexy is a great hostel if you're looking to stay in the old quarter! The staff are really friendly, the dorms and bathrooms are pretty clean and well maintained, and the facilities are great. They even have a movie room and two PCs which I found super helpful!

There was a problem with the electric door in to the dorm so you often got locked out and you woke up every time others tried to get in to the room. Comfy beds though and nice staff.

Bed was comfortable. Rooms were quite hot but the AC and fan helped cool it down. The bathrooms are not really good. The entire floor is always wet because the shower and the toilets are in the same room. For the price it’s okay for 1-2 nights. Amazing location right in the old quarter.

Das Hostel hatte eine super gute Lage und die Betten waren sehr angenehm da sie Vorhänge hatten. Außerdem war die 24 stunden Rezeption an der man auch Wasser kaufen konnte sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt würden wir das Hostel empfehlen!

Was clean and rooms were nice. Staff are lovely and over all was pretty chill. Not a social hostel

Enjoyed my stay here, came back a couple times when I needed to stop in the city for a night! Staff is super welcoming and helpful and they are very responsive if you need to contact them before your stay with questions or help with booking tours. A good balance of being a chill space but there is a welcoming social element.

Booked a one night stay in a private room. Nothing bad to note, room was good and helped me get a good and comfortable sleep.

Booked a private room after my travels. Bed was fine, but the bathroom almost completely covered in mold… Rooftop was nice, but the rest was ok.

Great Hostel! Loved the location! perfect for Hanoi Old Town adventures. Staff were nice, everything is clearly labeled and easy to use. My only complaint is the dorm bathroom situation. The bathrooms a very small but not horrifically so, and the water doesn't properly drain when someone takes a shower (at least on the 5th floor women's bathroom), so there's usually standing water in the bathroom. I was just there for a layover, but they were excellent. Staff was super nice, communal spaces were comfy to hang out in, beds were fine. not a lot of places to store your baggage in the room, but that's pretty normal these days.

nexy is one of the best hostels i’ve stayed at on my travels. it’s chill and i’ve met some cool ppl here, not a party hostel, but they do have a bar with happy hour that’s usually social. beds are super comfy and the ac blows cold. rooms and bathrooms were cleaned every day. staff is also super friendly. has rooftop which is cool for the views, and also a chill out room on the 7th floor. games room with a pool table and seating area on second floor. centrally located in the french...

Decent hostel. Very nice and helpful staff. Cool property. Good location. Not very social. The bunks have no ventilation and are unbearably hot.

Booked a private double room, which was super comfy (hotel style pillows) and I had my own private balcony. So great for the price. Could set aircon to my preference. Only issue was the shower was either really hot or really cold there was no in-between. But for the price and everything else I would still recommend

Great stay, the staff helped us arrange bus trips for the next days, and it was easy to contact even before the stay. Everything is clean, looks nice and the location is very good. It is a more relaxed hostel (in the nights we were there at least), maybe because the common areas are a bit small. Overall it's a good choice, even more if you need to organize trips from Hanoi

Good price and the location was really good. I would recommend. The bar was very quiet, but I think it is the same in other Hanoi hostels, since people just go out to the bars.
