more awefull than awesome. staff at check in was really unfriendly and anyoing, tried to charge me more than it is. dorm doors are not looked so they key is useless. it was dirty and not really much space for you stuff. wouldnt recommend it

Me and two Friends arrived at an Hostel whit 12 beds in an very small Room whithout window where the most people was sick maby from the bad air. We toock a blanket to the (nice) Rooftop to chill. Later the owner came by verry agressiv and even narly hit my Friend beacause we took the Blanket there it even diddent got dirty… this in totaly unprofessional and not recommendeable. There are better places in Hanoi..

The hostel was in a very loud environment (music, karaoke until 4am), very small space (16 dorm) no space to put your luggage, the personel was helpful but in the end there was no advantage to get bus tickets with them. It was way too expensive for the quality of the bus. Not very social. But it was clean.

AC on female dorm is leaking, wood floors are already wet and moldy. The staff were informed, but did nothing. As the AC is a fire hazard while we sleep, it was off and it got uncomfortable to the point no one could sleep.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hostel. Sind hier angekommen nach einem langen Flug. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr schmal. Menschen aber sehr freundlich

I was disappointed by this hostel. The beds don't have anywhere to put your stuff so I constantly had to climb up and down. there is a rooftop but nothing is going on there, it might as well not be there as it's not decorated and dirty.

The hostel was in a good location and from the outside looks alright.. But when we first arrived the toilet was disgusting, all the sewage had come up and was everywhere and they didn’t tell us about it even though they knew. When we tried booking things like visas they were charging us £12 extra each, like they were trying to get money out of us. And to top it off we saw a rat running around at the end! would give it a 5/10.

Good location in Old Quarter. Showers and toilets in the room are good and clean. But at night very loud music is heard from the bars around. Also the atrium connects all rooms so you hear a lot of noise. Couldn’t sleep well here.

rooms clean and tidy, enough toilets and showers for everyone. sliding door seperates bedroom from bathroom area which minimizes disturbing others which we liked. beds comfortable and has storage lockers. walkway space between beds very narrow so was a squeeze but its fine - managed to befriend people easily with the constant "excuse me can i squeeze past you"😂 breakfast good, would recommend the pancakes. laundry services available but takes a while to be returned to you

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Awesome Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were amazing and extremely helpful in making our stay memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Central location. It was a lot of fun, partying until morning. Close to many good restaurants. It's also near Hoan Kiem Lake. The reception staff were very enthusiastic. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was also good.

High-energy and social. If you want to meet people and party, this is the place. It features a massive bar, beer pong, and themed nights.

I’ve never come across such friendly and caring staff before. It really made our stay even better and we’ll come back again in next trip !

I had a wonderful time here. I was warmly welcomed by the staff, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the pho and coffee. I love pho. I will definitely come back here for my next business trip to Hanoi.
