Very bad place. Old and not clean- not a nice place to stay

There are always cockroaches on my floor. The stuff isn’t kind enough. Water doesn’t come out enough. I highly recommend to book other hostels even thigh you are short on cash. The room is really dirty.

If you can avoid this place please do. I read the reviews but I ignored. Security at the place is good because there’s always a security guard downstairs. -The lady Mars at the reception, she’s rude (it has to be the only person I’ve met in the Philippines who’s not kind) -You have to leave the key behind everytime you go out - There’s no socket by the bed or in the room ti charge phone. You have to unplug the TV or AC to charge your phone - There’s a cat walking in the corridor so l...

opened the door to dozens of cockroaches scattering. they are all over the room, floors, walls and even the bed. did not feel comfortable sleeping

Staff was not helpful, for the money I payed the room was more then basic and the bathroom was barely working, felt like it could close at any time. Normally I don’t write reviews, but don’t want anyone else to experience that. Maybe they just gave me the shitty room, but if so don’t go.

Overall, physical facilities were decent. Unfortunately the receptionists were a bit tricky. There was no wifi, the elevator wasn’t working and we were on floor 5. Probably wouldn’t stay again

Safe and quiet, a bit worn. Would have added many stars if the shower gave more water than a trickle.

The shower barely works water tinkles down no pressure at all. The thing I liked most was the room service. I wished there was more items to choose from.

Nice place to stay.It's worth the price.No early check in since their is no available room of our choice..But the staff was very accomodating.

Good location, in between a few main areas in Cebu so it was easy to walk or get a grab to locations. Security guard always on shift in the lobby made me feel very safe and protected. There were some issues regarding our breakfasts at the end of the trip. Unless you have paid for breakfast to be included then the breakfast pamphlet they gave you with a 'free' option is not active. However, it doesn't say this anywhere so we assumed that these items were free for all.

I stayed heere every time I go to Cebu. The rooms are fine and I like to use the gym here. Location is central and good.

My stay was a little over one week and I enjoyed it throughly. Staff is extremely attentive, housekeeping punctual, and security onduty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good value centrality located. Thank you team Allson's!
