Eau froide, pas d'eau chaude. Du bruit dans l'hôtel. On n'attends pas du luxe pour ce prix mais vu le froid ambiant l'eau chaude est indispensable.
Cold water, no hot water. Noise in the hotel. You don't expect luxury for this price but given the cold environment hot water is indispensable.
The room was comfortable but the windows let some (cold) wind through, and one night the shower had no warm water, and they could not fix it. The breakfast was nice.
Rigtig fint sted, med sødt personale, og et udmærket køkken at lave mad i. Værelserne var også rigtig fine. Vi kunne desværre ikke komme ind da vi ankom, hvilket trak lidt ned, men alt i alt var det et fint hostel.
We had a really nice place, with a nice staff, and an excellent kitchen at lave mad i. The rooms were also really nice. unfortunately we couldn't get in when we arrived, which was a little down, but alt i alt it was an et nice hostel.

overall, great stay. room really clean and central. however, wifi didnt work well, and the kitchen was not kept clean. judy herself was amazing. breakfast is quite early!
Chambre propre et lit confortable. Le personnel est arrangeant, nous avons eu notre petit déjeuné plus tôt que l’heure prévue car nous avions un bus. Par contre l’eau de la douche était froide.
The staff is very accommodating, we had our breakfast earlier than planned because we had a bus.
Gutes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es sehr kalt ist und es sehr lange geht bis warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kommt.
The only downside is that it's very cold and it takes a very long time for warm water to come out of the shower.
Very clean rooms, comfy beds!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le staff était très aimable et ils nous on surclassée. Le ménage est fait tous les jours (ou presque), les douches sont chaudes, les chambres sont confortables. Ils proposent des excusions au même tarif que les agences dans la ville !
We had a very pleasant stay. the staff was very friendly and they upgraded us. the cleaning is done every day (or almost), the showers are warm, the rooms are comfortable. they offer discounts at the same price as the agencies in the city !
I had a very nice stay at this hostel. The staff speak English and are helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and there were two big balconies. I could see the moonrise and sunrise over Lake Titicaca, which was very beautiful. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.

Très bon séjour à Marlon’s Puno, chambre privée pour 3 spacieuse avec salle de bain nettoyée tous les jours, personnel adorable (petite pensée pour Daniella, fille de la gérante qui nous a fait passé de bons moments! La cuisine est fonctionnelle, il faut une prise en main pour la gazinière mais on a pas eu de mal à trouver de l’aide. Prendre en compte qu’il y fait un peu froid mais tout à fait vivable avec les couverture à dispo
good stay in Marlons Puno, spacious private room for 3 with bathroom cleaned daily, adorable staff (little thought for Daniella, daughter of the manager who made us have a good time! the kitchen is functional, you need a handle for the gaziniere but we had no trouble finding help.

Je recommande grandement cet hôtel, les chambres matrimoniales sont très confortable et propre. Le personnel est très arrangeant, on est arrivé à 5h du matin après un bus de nuit et avons pu avoir la chambre directement. On a aussi pu laisser notre sac à l’hôtel pendant 2 jours pour aller sur l’île d’Amantani.
I highly recommend this hotel, the double rooms are very comfortable and clean. the staff is very accommodating, we arrived at 5am after a night bus and we were able to have the room directly. we were also able to leave our bag at the hotel for 2 days to go to Amantani island.

El hotel está muy cerca al centro, el personal amable me sentí como en casa. Las hbaitaiones son amplias y la ducha tiene agua caliente. Muy recomendable.

La experiencia fue sumamente enriquecedora gracias al personal de atención del hotel. Demostraron amabilidad, empatía y una gran capacidad para resolver cualquier situación. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad, los pisos superiores tiene una hermosa vista a lago y mucho sol, y las habitaciones son limpias, las camas son cómodas y las duchas tienen agua caliente. El wifi también funciona. Juli fue de gran ayuda para organizar el transporte y es una gran fuente de información. ¡Gracias!
The experience was extremely enriching thanks to the hotel's support staff. they showed kindness, empathy and a great ability to solve any situation. it is close to the city center, the upper floors have a beautiful lake view and lots of sun, and the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the showers have hot water. wifi also works. juli was a great help in organizing transportation and is a great source of information. thanks!
