+ La signora gentilezza e disponibilità della signora che ci ha servito colazione!
- Arrivati presso l’hotel prenotato , il proprietario ci ha fatto il check in dicendoci che avremmo soggiornato in una struttura accanto, alle stesse condizioni e che non sarebbe cambiato nulla, facendoci intendere che fossero due sistemazioni equivalenti. In realtà la struttura in cui abbiamo dormito era molto diversa e non in buone condizioni, ma stanchi del viaggio non abbiamo avuto voglia di protestare. La colazione ci è stata servita nella struttura che avevamo prenotato. Non siamo assolutamente soddisfatti di questo trattamento e ci sentiamo raggirati.

- El propietari no parava d’insistir en que li posessim un 10/10 a la ressenya, fins al nivell de trucar-me i enviar-me whatsapps mentre estavem fora de l’hotel, i repetint-ho cada cop que ens veia entrar o sortir. No va parar fins que ens varem enfadar. També insistia continuament en que li compressim tours o transports a ell. Està una mica allunyat del centre.
The owner would not stop insisting that we have a 10/10 on the review, to the point of calling me and sending me whatsapp messages while we were outside the hotel, and I repeated it every time I saw us come in or out. He wouldn't stop until we got angry. He also insisted continuously that we compress tours or transportation to him. It's a mile from downtown.

- Gastgeber nett aber etwas eigenartig Es wird überall gespart, Heizung wird auf Anfrage eingeschaltet Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten / Butter nur auf Anfrage Habe dort (sehr wahrscheinlich) eine kleine Tasche mit Elektronik vergessen. Diese wurde angeblich von dem Gastgeber nicht gefunden. Auch der versprochene Rückruf diesbezüglich ist nicht erfolgt.
hosts were lovely and the property was really clean. Whilst we were there it seemed the shower didn’t really drain properly and we had no windows. The room then remained pretty damp the whole time we were there - towels stayed wet etc because of no ventilation. It was also cold! Cleaning clothes service was defo worth it and a 10 min walk out of town. A good budget stay for short term

- Globalement dans l'établissement un froid. Nous avons changé de chambre avec 2 couettes et une climatisation un peu chaude.
+ I have no complaints about the staff. Ali was always kind and ready to help. Ali is a 10.
- The room always felt damp. The level of noise from doors being slammed was terrible. I understand that they are older doors, but they don't have to be slammed. The noise level outside on the street went on late at times.
+ La literie est confortable. C’est calme.
- La chambre ne correspond pas à celle de la photo de la réservation. Fenêtre qui donne dans le couloir. Forte odeur d’humidité. Pas d’aération.
+ Cheap. Okay for 1 or 2 nights. It's close to downtown but not on the main road. Airconditioning worked well and we got free bottels of water.
- The room smelt like sewer and bedlinnen was clammy (and stayed that way). The room didn't have a window to outside, only to the hallway. The bed was soft, but had sagged. Breakfast was minimal i would say (mainly toast, fruit, coffe/tea).

- Pas de vrai café au petit déjeuner, nous avons été déçu par l empressement de notre hôte pour nous vendre les activités, nous lui avons demander des places pour un bus VIP de nuit, le résultat n a pas été concluant.un bus bondé avec des personnes entre les couchettes, prenez vos dispositions vous même, location de scooter plus cher aussi à son hôtel.

- Kahvaltı seçenekleri çok az. Çeşitlilik artırılması gerekir. Buzdolabı eski ve çalışmıyor.

does the job. had a private room which was clean and comfy. no ac just a fan. staff are nice, it’s a cafe as well which means the common area is a bit awkward. not social at all. close to some shops and restaurants

+ Hôtel familial, super accueillant et gentil. La chambre est spacieuse et propre rien à dire 😁, la douche a une très bonne pression. J’y suis restée 2 nuits mais j’aurais pu y rester 1 semaine.
Family hotel, super welcoming and kind. the room is spacious and clean nothing to say 😁, the shower has a very good pressure. i stayed 2 nights but i could have stayed 1 week.

+ The staff is so nice! We were offered an upgrade to our room that really added to the experience as well.
+ The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. The location is great - everything is walkable. The rooms are lovely, with probably the comfiest beds we’ve had the whole of our travels in Asia.

+ Propreté , calme et petit déjeuner top! L’accueil de Lily était très chaleureux, c’est le meilleur hôtel depuis notre arrivé au Vietnam

+ Owner stayed awake so I could check in at 1am from a sleeper bus. He also upgraded my room to an en-suite which was very appreciated after the Hi Giang Hoop. Breakfast was very nice and all around friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable and great facilities
+ We had a great 2-night stay at this hotel in Sapa. The 24/7 reception was really helpful, especially as we arrived around midnight and were welcomed without any issues. The staff went above and beyond for us—they even helped book our bus from Sapa to Cat Ba at a cheaper price than we found online. The bed was super soft (the first comfortable one we’ve had in Vietnam!), which made a big difference after traveling. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely couldn’t do more to help. We also really appreciated being allowed to use the hotel facilities after check-out while waiting for our late bus. Overall, a very comfortable and stress free stay. highly recommend!
+ Nous avons été placés moyennant un petits supplément dans une chambre donnant sur la rue ( les seules à avoir une baie avec vue correcte sur la rue). Très belle chambre et très bel équipement pour le prix. Petit déjeuner correct et service impeccable. 10 pour le rapport qualité/prix.
- La chambre du milieu a une fenêtre qui donne sur un couloir et la chambre du fond sur des clims et un mur qui sont à 2 m ( pas de vue). Donc en fonction de la chambre on peut être ravis ou déçus.
+ Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Er erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.
- Alles prima 👍
+ Le patron est avenant et à l'écoute. Il est disponible à tout moment.
- La chambre sent le renfermé. Domage qu'il n'y ait pas de fenêtre pour aérer.
