- It’s a bit weird that this is inside a massage store. when we have done a late check-in there’s was no one to open the door for us so we done this by ourselves with instruction on WhatsApp. It was not appropriate. But we cool with that. After we complained about not having hot water we told the stuff about the problem and the owner just shouted at us because he think that we abuse the staff member. The lady was so nice to us with smile and give us a great feeling and good hospitality. But the big problem.. is the owner. The owner was so rode to us because we told him that we didn’t have hot water. The staff member told this and he thought that we gonna put a bad review about that. And the owner grab her by force and yell at her That because he think she lied to him There’s no reason to do that and not respect him, the place, the staff member and of course - us! After all that we ask for refund because of that And we didn’t get a refund for not having a hot water, disgusting and disrespectful behavior. And we gave a huge tip for the lady that got Into shit situation. We feel sorry for her, hope she is ok
+ Great central location and comfortable bed.
- Room was extremely damp, to the extent of the bed being mildly wet throughout the entirety of the 2 night stay. My clothes also smelt of damp after leaving the room. There are no windows in the room so no ventilation. When mentioned to the staff they advised it was difficult to ventilate this particular room, however, my friends staying in another room had the exact same issue. Whilst the accommodation is very affordable, it is not good for your health to stay in these rooms and they should not advertise them as available.
+ The rooms were spacious, it had most amenities that you need in a hotel room, tv had Netflix, the staff were pleasant and had a laundry service. The hotel was central and close to nice restaurants.
- The room had a strong smell of mould, beds and duvets felt damp and smelt of damp, it was hard to sleep because of this and it was noisy we could hear rooms next to us in their bathrooms and staff in corridors from quite early on in the morning.

Pedí si me podían cambiar a otra y me dijeron que no habia otra disponible asique tuve que pagar 2 dias y me pudieron cancelar el resto. Pero antes de reservar pregunten que habitacion les tocaría, hay mucha diferencia entre la que se ve en fotos y la que me dieron a mi. Me ofrecieron un purificador de aire como solución.

+ Stayed here one night after taking a sleeper bus, arrived at 1 am and they left us very clear instructions on WhatsApp on how to enter the hotel late at night. Went straight to our room which was very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were amazing. In a good locations aswell right in town. Thank you.
The room was located on the first floor above a massage salon. We arrived at 2 AM in the morning and self check-in was no problem with the help of detailed explanation videos. The receptionist is very helpful. The window in the room goes out to the inner cordial which led to a pretty dark atmosphere, but also allowed us to sleep in without the night of the street coming into the room. The room was very clean for the price. There’s nothing to complain about.

- Had difficulty checking in later in the evening since the massage parlour (which is also the lobby of the hotel) was shut and had to wait for someone to come and open the hotel shutter.

Номера старые, не особо ухоженные, например куски ковролина портят весь внешний вид и отнюдь не добавляют уюта, как и таракан в комнате 301, который мы заметили уже за час до выселения, иначе мне бы было дико неприятно там ночевать И самое большое разочарование (хуже таракана) - вход через массажку, где работники устроили себе приют, сидя там вечно толпами на массажных креслах, заходить туда было странно и гадко, ещё эта весна открытая дверь и холод на так называемом ресепшене-массажке и горы коробок и хлама на коридорах возле лифтов

+ I love how the location is walking distance to everything we need to go, Moana, Stone Church, Sunworld Fansipan Station, night market and restaurants. We also highly appreciated that Ethan, one of the hotel staff, is good in english and very accommodating. He suggest good restaurants and places to go, even how we are going to go there.
+ Room is spacious base on my choice Hot spot . So need to book in advance. Level 1 is a massage shop - good that hotel has elevator
- Peak season- not able to extend stay on the spot
