Kemi House Hoi An

+ Le logement est bien placé.

- Accueil très froid. Des chaussettes des précédents visiteurs restaient dans la salle de bain. Très bruyant : travaux en journée et tard le soir. Nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises pour que les travaux s'arrêtent (22h30 le dimanche). Vue de la chambre sur des toits.

+ 位置距离古城较近，周围吃饭选择多。

+ מיקום טוב וחדרים ממש נחמדים. בעלי ההוסטל חמודים.

- הם נועלים את הדלת של המלון בערב, אם רוצים להיכנס צריך לצלצל בפעמון ולהעיר אותם שזה לא כל כך נעים, ואם רוצים לצאת בכלל אין אפשרות לצלצל ותקועים בתוך ההוסטל לכל הלילה. מוזר ממש.

+ Das Homestay hat eine super Lage, die Promenade, der Nachtmarkt, die Japanische Brücke und die Altstadt von Hoi An, ist alles in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und ausreichend mit kleinem Balkon. Frühstück war gut, kein Buffett aber völlig ausreichend.

- Treppen steigen, leider keinen Aufzug

+ A cute home stay close to all the action yet in a quiet location. The family that live there are super friendly and do there best to accommodate your wishes. Our kids loved staying here because it was a homestay.

+ Abseits vom Trubel zu wohnen hat uns total gefallen. Die Gastfamilie war herzlich und hat viel für uns arrangiert. Super saubere Zimmer.

+ Felt very clean and comfortable, the room was large, and the hosts are super accomoodating and nice

- The lack of an elevator is not great for older people

+ The position of the property was great, close to all the main attractions of Hoi An. The room was pretty clean and they let us keep our bags there even after the checkout. Overall, amazing price quality.

- The staff did not speak English and there was no elevator.

+ La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu louer des scooters.

+ Spacious, clean and comfortable room in a perfect location close to everything but still very quiet. Optional breakfast is very good. The owners are very nice people. They take great care of their place and their guests.

- Nothing

+ We stayed with the family at the Quynh Chau Homestay and we absolutely loved it! The host family was so welcoming and always around to help their guests. For breakfast we had banh mi with coffee and it was tasty! The location was very good, close to the night market and the rest of the Old Town, but still not too crowded or noisy. I’d stay here again 😇

- Nothing - for the price we paid it was a great value!

+ 広さは十分で設備も全く問題ない。オーナー夫婦は一見は愛嬌が無く見えるのですが、お父さんは暇があれば掃き掃除をしているし、お母さんは相談や頼めば色々と対応してくれます。また、日本橋まで直ぐと場所は大変良いです。

+ Les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Les chambres sont confortables, l'emplacement est parfait. On peut y louer des vélos ou scooter.

+ The location was excellent - it was so central. At first I was worried that it would’ve noisy at night because it was so close to the market and restaurants, but I wasn’t disturbed at all at night or even in the evenings. The lady at the property was also so smiley and welcoming every time I walked in. There was always drinking water available, and I used the kitchen faculties too.
