The Arch Casa - Design Hotel Pai

+ The location

- The room was next to the reception area which was noisy in the evening and during the night, there's no staff on the hotel is basically rang from a WhatsApp number, I checked out this morning and there was nobody there to return my 500baht deposit, staff are good but only speak Thai .there was no private outdoor area far me which was a huge disappointment. My view was next doors overgrown garden ask the hotel to send u a photo. And the room was nearly £500..i really do hope you print this

- Por el precio por noche del establecimiento podría tener mejor calidad. Detalles como la regularidad de la cuelgas de armarios, armarios sin perchas, o una piscina, o un desayuno. Considero demasiado elevado el precio para lo que ofrece el hotel.

+ Große Räume

- Viel Fake. Weil es Design genannt wird und so aussieht wird es teuer verkauft! Ist aber leider keins

- Fonctionnement, compliqué pour tenir une douche chaude… Je suis resté deux nuits, ma chambre n’a pas été refaite après la première nuit… pas de petit déjeuner sur place, il faut prendre ce véhicule et chercher un établissement ouvert…

+ The rooms look great on Instagram and photos. Nice furnishings and very clean.

- Nice furnishings and very clean. It looks good, but the actual functionality and build quality of the accommodation is not good. It's not polished/complete. For example the toilet still had stickers on it from when it was new. The toilet was leaking. The ceiling paint was incomplete. Walking to the room required walking over muddy grass. It's like when they made it, they only considered how it would look, and not how it would actually be used. It's also a little far from the walking street. It was weird that a deposit was required for the room key.

+ Walking distance from the west end of the night market. Huge room with great furnishings. Beautiful industrial design both in and out. Kudos to the designer. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were soft. The guy at the reception was very helpful and patient. The staff are not always around (sometims nobody is there for hours). But the host is very available on the whatsapp and also very forthcoming. Good parking and easy to reach by car.

- The lighting was nice but there is a reading light only on one side of the bed. The rooms are not soundproofed. At all. Located in an area with few tourists. The nearest market is the local one. And the traffic on the main road (one street down) included many noisy motorbikes. One (single) hanger for four towels. No safe. The sun blasts in despite the dark window hangings. Most important - in our room there was a lovely bath. It was placed in a beautiful area which it seems was designated to be a shower. And (as it turned out) it was not fixed to the floor. You could move it around and it rocked every time you entered it to shower (there was no other option). This is dangerous. I gave a low grade for cleaning only because the drain (hidden behind the bath) was full of hair

+ Was new and looked clean and very good hosts/manager

- They put the wrong listing on booking.com for a sofa bed which didn’t exist then moved us to a new room where again the sofa bed wasn’t there, we were asking for bedding and duvets for the makeshift sofa bed they had set up and the maids were just laughing about it and weren’t great help but don’t think it was malicious just a language barrier I’m assuming also told because the hotel was new they didn’t have any spare duvets which I thought was strange. In the downstairs room there was a line of bugs coming into the room from the outside door. The actual hosts/managers of the place were very welcoming and great hosts and were apologetic about the situation. It’s a brand new hotel stuff is going to go wrong.

- The smoke smell outside but they brought us in a air purifier which helped alot however this hotel was very pricey

+ Got a good rate for what I received. Great communication. Easy late self check in. Kindly allowed a later checkout. Provided extension lead with multiple USB ports, very handy.

- The shower is very weak. Feedback I had already seen from other reviews and can confirm that is the case.

+ Beautifully designed, nice room and bathroom

- Had a foul smell from the sink, bed is very short for tall people, nowhere to put clothes. Theres a closet room with no closet or shelves, so a bit messy

+ Schönes Ambiente!

+ Wow! We loved the place so much we came back for 4 more nights! The rooms are so beautifully decorated and well designed. The housekeepers are so welcoming even though they don't speak English at all. Location is great, 7 min walk to the walking street and 2 min by bike. Big like for this place, if you are looking for a home feeling with luxury vibe but Thai vibes this is the place to stay at

+ L’emplacement, proche du centre et au calme. La chambre, moderne, très bien décorée. La salle d’eau immense et fonctionnelle. Le lit confortable Petite terrasse devant la chambre
