+ what to like ?

- i did not like it one bit the room was hot , humid no ac no windows to open se we could get air

- Dopo un mese, non hanno ancora rimborsato la caparra

+ Die Lage ist gut und zentral, das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hotelmanager kann sich glücklich schätzen so tolles Personal zu haben.

- Die Matratzen waren super hart, die Bettlaken waren sehr dreckig und mit Haaren belegt. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich alt. Aber am Schlimmsten waren wirklich die Harten Betten!!

+ The staff was very nice and it was nice to walk around Chinatown.

- The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hotel had very few amenities. It was also just not the nicest room, there was water damage, scrapes, and the towels weren’t the cleanest.

- When I first booked this hotel on booking.com, it said it had an electric car charger, but when I got there, there was no electric car charger or parking. We rented a parking space far from the hotel for $35 per day. When I told the receptionist about this, he was furious and laughed at me. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

+ Not expensive

- Terrible noise from both the street and the other rooms. Thin walls and thin windows. No ac or heat control for the rooms. Was told parking was included but then told it was just a discount from normal garage costs. No coffee, scrappy shower spraying water everywhere. Alarm went off at 5am from precious guest (housekeeping didn't check and reset alarm). Etc etc

+ Location was perfect. We felt very safe

- Beds and pillows weren’t awesome but acceptable

- Terrible, hard beds, rough towels. Thin walls.

+ bon emplacement, dont le câble car proche. le quartier chinois sympa. la chambre était bien et propre. ca va bien

- le prix est un peu cher, pas moyen d ouvrir la fenêtre en entier et la vue sur la cour intérieur n est pas des plus idéale.

+ La ubicación esta excelente porque es entrando a Chinatown, de ahí pudimos recorrer muchos lugares a pie y las estaciones de transporte estaban cerca.

+ The location and the service are the best aspects of the hotel. Easy access to Chinatown and the nice areas of SF.

- No air-con was pretty rough in the heat, and the lack of some amenities, such as coffee/tea/fridge in the rooms means you need to adapt your habits. I recognise it's an old hotel though, and there's limited space for it all.

+ Musty odor in the rooms. No central air conditioning. I had to borrow an air freshener from the front desk and keep all the room windows open. The room was clean, but it was small, carpets & wall paint were old and worn out. The bathroom & shower stall were tiny. This is an old hotel that has not been updated in a while. The location is great and for what hotels cost in San Francisco during the week of RSA conference, it was fine, but I'd not stay there again.
