Al llegar, el baño estaba sucio y claramente había sido usado, lo cual fue muy desagradable. Además, nos cobraron un monto adicional al pactado en la plataforma al momento del check-in, supuestamente por una “membresía” que, curiosamente, no le cobraron a los otros seis huéspedes que viajaban con nosotros. Como compensación, solo nos ofrecieron una botella de agua, lo cual resulta completamente insuficiente frente a los inconvenientes.
On arrival, the bathroom was dirty and clearly had been used, which was very unpleasant. in addition, we were charged an extra amount than agreed upon on the platform at check-in, supposedly for a membership which, curiously, was not charged to the other six guests who were travelling with us. as compensation, we were only offered a bottle of water, which is completely insufficient in the face of the inconveniences.

Sehr freundliche mitdenkende Mitarbeiter, ein architektonisch aus dem Rahmen fallendes Gebäude mit Ambiente bis in die Etagenflure, ein Schlafsaal der Luxusklasse bis hin zur Bettwäsche, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, gute ÖNV-Anbindung. Einziger Wermutstropfen: für Smartphone-Nutzung zu helle Beleuchtung am Bett.
Very friendly and thoughtful staff, an architecturally outstanding building with an ambience up to the ground floor, a luxury bedroom up to the bed linen, a large breakfast buffet, good public transport links.

Wir habe es genossen. Absolut ruhig, familiäre positive Atmosphäre und Mitarbeiter mit Charakter und Persönlichkeit, das Frühstück ist frisch vorbereitet und vielfälting und von einer Qualität wie man sie sonst nur von grösseren Hotels erwartet. Preis / Leistung ist grossartig Ein Geheimtipp für alle die das schöne München erforschen wollen.
Absolutely quiet, family friendly positive atmosphere and staff with character and personality, the breakfast is freshly prepared and varied and of a quality that one would otherwise only expect from larger hotels. price / performance is grossartig Ein Geheimtipp for all who want to explore the beautiful Munich.
