- Я бы там бы и бесплатно не остался. В тюрьме в Бельгии камеры на много лучше., чем в этом отеле. Этот отель надо снести и построить новый. Мы там не остались, нашли за такую же цену в том же городе отель шикарный. Оценки и отзывы не соответствуют описанию.

- Sobe prljave pogotovo pod, hodnik prljav toalet izvan sobe prljav pokvareni proziri u sobi sve staro i istriseno!!!

+ Breakfast was a cup of coffee, a crossant and a white bread roll with jam. I wouldn't describe it as 'good. I am petite and was hungry afterwards. Most electric sockets were broken. Only one working socket in my dorm. The dining room only had one socket so couldn't charge my phone there either. I suggest a plug in power board so everyone has a chance to charge electric items. Lights in bed pods also broken. Showers were cold, the button was broken so it had to be held in for the duration for the water to come, and there was mold on the walls. The staff were lovely and friendly.

+ i did not stay in the hotel due to late check in, we arrived at 16;00 hrs and rooms where not ready because they had a problem with their system, also the hotel is very dirty. so i paid and left

- Too bad experience and Not worth the price. I reserved for me and my friends I payed 52 euros per person after discount. Rooms are not clean, beds are small. Towels are on rent 4 euros per towel and the towel is dirty and disgusting containing too many yellow spots. 2 electrical outlets for 6 persons in the room Bathroom without soap and the tap of water is on pressing. Breakfast does not include eggs or cheese. Also, You can have one Pain au chocolat per person. Food is very limited. I was with my friends and we all regrett the stay in this auberge.

- Vi gillade ingenting. Vi valde att åka därifrån efter 10 minuter trots att allt var betalt. Rummen var i otrolig låg standard, luktade både svett och kiss. Toaletterna och duscharna var även dom ofräscha.

- Ils disposent d'une équipe formidable, d'un accueil excellent, d'un petit-déjeuner très copieux et sont situés en pleine nature, au sommet de la montagne, avec vue sur le grand lac.

- 住宿只有两个插座，洗浴淋头算是坏的，位置在山上很不方便。

- A lot of things were broken and falling apart, there were no working lockers and overall the place didn’t feel very secure, the shower was awful, cold and smelt bad. There was hair everywhere, even in the bed linen. And there were spiders and ants.

+ Great location with a view of the lake and mountains (that being said it’s quite the steep walk up to the hostel with bags, however close to the old village and accessible by bus). Good breakfast served each morning. Friendly staff.

- It was cold in Annecy the week I visited ~ 3-6 degrees, unfortunately the hostel was also very cold. Heater were in each room so rooms could be made warm but many common areas did not have the heaters on or even had windows open so were too cold to enjoy. There is no wifi in the rooms, so you had to decide between your warm room or the cold common space. There are also only two working outlets in a room for 4. The restaurant/ bar were being renovated at the time of my visit, and the billiards table costs 2€ per game. The lounge is not as welcoming as pictured in the advertisement and was freezing cold. There were plumbing issues, so we used a shower that was initially labelled for men and had two doors to enter neither of which locked. The kitchen had most of the basics but only one cutting board, one knife, and an array of odd pots/pans. I would not recommend this hostel for more than a weekend for a solo traveller.
