Destiny Student - Brae House

La puerta de la habitación no la pudimos cerrar cuando no estábamos (se podía abrir sin la llave), la luz y el extractor del baño se apagan al de 15 minutos mínimo de salir del baño. Tuvimos picaduras como de chinches

Pésimo servicio sucio el cuarto con telarañas y bedbugs en la cama

1. Worn out mattress and infestation by bed bugs 2. Room locked itself necessitating a member of staff to open it, blaming faulty electronics 3. High price for very basic facilities

Upon arrival the staff are abrupt, your charged 3 pound for a towel and any toiletries you need you have to pay for no soap in the room, No TV in the room, paper thin pillows, no mattress protector, so if you like bed bugs Enjoy. The room is about 100 degrees, these are not picky things please read other bad reviews there not wrong. We paid 197 pounds for this aswell ,absolutely disgusting. Upon leaving I was not even asked how was your stay ,basic things especially if your paying 197 pounds for a one night stay. Id like a full refund not as described!!!!!

I’d give it zero stars if I could!! Don’t come here it’s a nightmare Our bodies are full of bug bites from the bed So dirty and full of BED BUGS!! Additionally to rude staff Worst experience ever! Pay a bit more and stay in a clean place, it’d cost much more to get rid of those bed bugs as they can travel with you on luggage and clothes.
