- I arrived before 8 PM for check-in, only to find a cheap piece of paper on the door saying the reception was closed for 24 hours. No email, no message, no warning — nothing. I was alone in a country I don’t know, and this situation made me really sad and anxious. To make things worse, they still haven’t refunded me. Truly unacceptable. God sees everything.

I booked a room with a private bathroom, and when I arrived, they told me not only that they didn’t have any rooms with a private bathroom, but that they didn’t have any room for me at all. When I asked for a refund, instead of approving it quickly, I had to waste an hour calling and then wait five days to get my money back.

- There is a very bad stain on the steps from coffee or wine soaked into the carpet. They need to have this cleaned as it looks very bad. There was no toilet paper and although there was a kettle there was no coffee or tea so the that was disappointing. The room needs to be re painted as the paint is flaking off and paint crumbs were all over the floor. It is a budget hotel but it costs little to paint a room and provide toilet paper and tea and coffee.
