- I arrived before 8 PM for check-in, only to find a cheap piece of paper on the door saying the reception was closed for 24 hours. No email, no message, no warning — nothing. I was alone in a country I don’t know, and this situation made me really sad and anxious. To make things worse, they still haven’t refunded me. Truly unacceptable. God sees everything.

- They are scammers. I booked a room with a private bathroom, and when I arrived, they told me not only that they didn’t have any rooms with a private bathroom, but that they didn’t have any room for me at all. When I asked for a refund, instead of approving it quickly, I had to waste an hour calling and then wait five days to get my money back.

Very bad experience. We booked a family room with two double beds and ended up to be given a room with one double bed and paying extra taxes even tho it clearly said taxes included on my booking. Staff wasn’t accommodating but ended up giving us a room with one single and one double bed which was filthy: half empty toilet roll, black hair everywhere in the bathroom, eylashes… would NOT recommend
