- A fuir ! Sauf si vous aimez les punaises de lits, vous réveiller à 1h de matin couvert de bouton et devoir délocaliser votre lit pour élire domicile dans une espace commun (aussi insalubre que les dortoirs mais à minima avec les punaises de lits en moins, du moins je l’espère). On repassera également sur l’amabilité du personnel mais à la limite cela n’engage pas la nécessité de trouver une pharmacie ou traitement d’urgence pour soigner les problèmes de peau qui en découlent (ça n’engage que leur intégrité) Un conseil mieux vaut payer 3 euros de plus et ne pas ne retrouver avec une peau infesté de boutons et passer une nuit desente Cela fait des années que je réserve via booking et c’est la première fois que je tombe sur un lieu pareil! Je suis vraiment déçue A fuir !

- This place was horrible. We booked a private room for 2 nights, I believe it was called Wizard (name of the room). Honestly this room should never be rented, it was a hole in the mastress, there were bedbugs, we could hear so much noise and the fan was not working. The worst was the receptionist. We complained about the fan which they didn’t change so we lost patience and told the guy (called Ivan) that our room is horrible and we couldn’t sleep there (we had spent 1 night already and worst night ever). This guy was totally out of himself (I don’t know if he were high or something) but he was rude to us and even threatened us at the end. He said it was not his fault and couldn’t do anything. He was laughing at us and didn’t feel sorry. Worst feeling. We were so lucky there were a German guy working there that could solve this and change us room so we could have a « normal » bed. The girl that did our check in (German as well) was also very nice. Just don’t book this place.
- Nos cambiaron el precio de nuestra reserva por booking, sumando un 40% de la cantidad inicial. Se supone que reservo para pagar el precio que pone al momento de la reserva. Además, personal grosero con comentarios desubicados.
+ The place was horrible, there were three fans in the room, only one of them worked halfway, the heat was unbearable, we didn't sleep for two days, the guests made too much noise late at night, clothes were hanging everywhere, very unpleasant. A terrible experience!

- Habiamos reservado para 4 en hab privada y no tenian espacio y solo nos ofrecieron ponernos a 3 en hab del staff con un colchon manchado en el suelo y el cuarto en hab compartida. Sin ningun ventilador. Sin que funcione el grifo del baño. Una cucaracha. La cocina muy sucia. Ollas sin asas. Lugar lleno de mosquitos, sin mosquitera. Las voluntarias muy poco atentas, ni siquiera nos indicaron dónde dormir ni mostraron preocupación por la situación en la que nos encontrábamos por culpa del hostel.

That was the worst night of our lifes! We booked a private room for two people. There were cockroaches our room, no ac as promised online, the fan was broken and the room was so tiny we couldn’t even walk through it when our backpacks were on the ground. Our bed was an old mattress on wooden panels and the cracks of it were full of cockroaches, which is a serious health hazard. In general our room looked really dirty and smelled weird. When we asked for help or if we could get another room the...

+ Lugar muy céntrico y con buen precio.
- Que reservé una habitación con baño y cuando llegué me brindaron una habitación sin baño, sin embargo me comentó la administradora que el baño estaba descompuesto y que necesitaba un mantenimiento que no era fácil de realizar, por lo cual me devolvieron un 10% del dinero.
+ El personal muy amable, el lugar estaba céntrico, todo nos quedó demasiado cerca, las instalaciones estaban cómodas y frescas. Nos gustó mucho

+ Las instalaciones estaban limpias y la cocina tenia todo lo que se necesitaba para cocinar. la ubicación excelente cerca de un mini super, lanchas, puedes tomar buses para la playa a fuera del hotel.
- La actitud del recepcionista de la mañana puede mejorar, nos hizo sentir incomodos varias veces. el abanico aunque poderoso estaba dañado y roto, pensabamos que nos caería encima en la noche.
