Seriously, don't stay at this hostel. My room had no heat, and they told me at reception it's been like that for months. Plus, there's barely any hot water, the bathrooms are moldy, and the blankets were super dirty. Don't waste your money

Das Hostel liegt sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Einrichtung ist etwas heruntergekommen aber Okey. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider war in meinem Zimmer die Aussenwand komplett voll mit Schimmel.

Hated this hostel, horrible beds, black mould in the shower and the beds arnt what the photos are. Staff was great though.

Not a great stay really don’t recommend. 1. The staff were so lovely 10/10 for them! 2. The shower in our room had chunks of black mold hanging out of the head. So discusting and didn’t get cleaned once. It was also full of hair and wet - bathroom never cleaned and I was there 4 days. 3. Beds and rooms are 1000 years. Don’t expect anything nice. But they are decent for a few night stay. Beds are actually super comfy. 4. Our room had no electricity. 5. No kitchen and no social atmospher...

Really disappointing experience with the staff. There was a problem with precharging my Banking carte so they cancelled my reservation. I called them and tried to find a solution. I guaranteed that I will come and that I will pay everything when I am there (normal procedure) but they wanted me to give them my banc details on the Phone which is super shady/unprofessionell. Not cooperative at all. I had to find a new hostel because of that. I wouldn't recommend you to go there.

Actually I did.check in and out immediately after seeing the dorm room: dirty and old also the bathroom. Do not go there. Can I get reimbursed by HW on what charged at the beginning? Thanks

J'ai laissé une plainte à l'accueil puis par mail à propos de la chambre 21,qui restera simplement sans réponse...En effet :- il faisait froid la nuit et aucun moyen d'ajuster le chauffage car aucune télécommande pour régler la climatisation et le radiateur était vraisemblablement désactivé quand on cherche à tourner le bouton...- le matin, impossible de prendre une douche chaude !Ce qui rendra l'expérience inacceptable quand il n'est pas possible de couvrir les 2besoins: dormir+douc...

Si vous êtes de passage et que vous cherchez juste un coin ou vous poser pour une nuit ou deux, excellent choix avec un personneel super. Mais si c'est pour plusieurs jours je déconseille car les lits sont inconfortables et y'a du bruit dehors parfois toute la nuit.

Mon avis çà aurait était bien si chacun avait une sorte de rideau ou un truc comme à mettre sur son lit comme une sorte de capsule pour qu’il puisse entre en intimité avec soit même

Loved this hostel! Right in the center of everything, the staff were super nice, and the reception is 24hrs. Friendly atmosphere as well, even in the off season. Rooms/facilities were very clean - my only note is that the bunk beds are a little wobbly/creak a lot and there was mold in the bathroom ceilings, but everything else was perfect.

Awesome location and friendly staff :) The 24 hr reception is very convenient compared to other hostels. Outlets were a lil tricky to sort in the room but other than that fine facilities

The building is very old and there was visible mold in the shower. Very few outlets in the bedroom. Only one bathroom available in the common area as the other was out of use. The guest ”kitchen” had only a sink and a fridge, no other equipment. Luggage storage only until 3pm the next day. Good things are the placement fairly close to the train station and the nice staff who let me use their microwave. Otherwise wasn’t too happy for the price for the 6bed dorm.

Séjour de deux jours et deux nuits agréable en chambre individuelle, malgré des toilettes pas très propres à l'arrivée, ainsi qu'une très forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, que j'ai pu un peu estomper en aérant beaucoup. Le personnel est agréable et réactif, le petit déjeuner présente un bon rapport/qualité prix et l'auberge est bien située

Overall it was okay. We stayes in a private room and were really happy because there were some creepy dudes. I think it would be nicer in summer because it was a little bit quiet and not that many people. There is a kitchen but not omr you can cook a whole big meal in.

It was a great stay if you don’t mind getting bitten by the endless amount of mosquitos in the room or that the tub doesn’t drain when you take a shower, or that the beds are extremely flimsy and almost fell over when I got to the top bunk, or that the front desk didn’t give me a bracelet to get into the room when I checked in. However, if you do mind these things I wouldn’t recommend the property. I woke up with no less than 15 mosquito bites after killing 20 of them before I went to be...

The iron bunk beds weren't just old but dangerously so. Trying to get in the top one, the whole frame bends ~30 cm, and whenever bottom bunk moves around a bit, top bunk sways and creaks scarily... Lots of mosquitos in winter in the rooms too, unusual for Toulouse. Having only one light switch hidden underneath a bunk is not cool! Bathroom was alright, breakfast is okay value for money.

Hostel is nice and staff is friendly but there’s a bad mosquito problem. I got bit so many times while in the room and in the common spaces. WiFi also didn’t work in my room. The metal bunk beds moved with your every slight move. When the person below you moves, the bed sways. I’d recommend booking a different room

Tout parfait rapport qualité prix/prix/ emplacement centre ville sauf l’absence de chauffage. J’ai eu très froid et pas de chauffage d’appoint. La télécommande pas intuitive pour la mise en route du chauffage. Dù bruit samedi soir dans la rue mais vous n’y pouvez rien. Sinon ç top!

Loved the staff, 6 stars them. I had great time and an amazing sleep. Location is superb 👌🫶😊.

L’absence de chauffage et d'eau chaude a été difficile Le personnel ne m’a pas permis de sécher ma serviette et du coup je suis resté 3 jours avec une serviette mouillée. Par contre mention spéciale pour la métisse chînoise sénégalaise. Non seulement elle arbore une beauté naturelle magnifique mais son sourire, son affabilité, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse m’incitent à revenir

Worst night of sleep. People getting in and out of the room yelling and discussing. Not the best atmosphere. And in the middle of the night a bad function fire alarm set on, so we're woke up and cursing. Rooms in bad shape and bathroom very dirty.

Staff were really nice, especially the handsome guy who I checked-in with and the curly girl who gave me the check-out. Good location and nice rooms as well.

On ne m'a pas précisé que la direction se réservait le droit de refuser la location si je ne présentais pas mes pièces d'identité en papier . Je les ai en copie et photo mais on me l'a refuse alors que j'avais déjà payé l'avance de la location. La porte d'entrée de l'hôtel ne ferme pas a clé la nuit . Et enfin pas d'eau chaude le matin pour se doucher , mais le pire c'est la remarque du réceptionniste "c'est mon collègue qui n'a pas fermé le robinet désolé", a croire qu'il s'est...
