Extremely Disappointing Stay-Poor Hygiene, Rude Staff & No Refund Accountability. Everything about this place was disappointing. The staff is rude and completely unaccommodating, and the level of cleanliness is extremely poor. I even ended up with bed bug bites that triggered a severe allergic reaction, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There is also an in-house pet that is tied up most of the time and keeps barking continuously throughout the day and night, making it nearly impossible to rest. The café- the only food option available-serves extremely poor quality food. The chicken I ordered didn’t even taste like chicken, and when I tried giving the leftovers to stray dogs, they refused to eat it. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant. Between the lack of hygiene, unhelpful staff, constant noise, and terrible food, this place is simply not worth staying at. I would strongly advise against making long-duration bookings in advance because if you decide to leave early due to these issues, you are unlikely to get any refund.

One of the worst experience among zostels. The first day we arrived only to sleep and the room they gave us, the bed bugs started biting us causing rashes. We asked them to change the room but the guy was insisting they will change the duvet as they have no other room in same category. Then at 2am he tried calling his manager and was unable to reach him and said he is doing on his behalf upgrading the room. The next day snehal receptionist on order of her manager called us early morning to ask us to shift the room because the category room we booked is now vacant and also claimed that they didnt see any bed bugs in the morning and we are lying. They called us at reception to harass and the manager came and started showing he has shifted us to upgradaded room and we should treat it as favor. We asked to refund out that days money both at night and the next day so we can find another hotel and they said no that is not the policy. If you want to sleep in bed filled with bed bugs or rooms where spiders are scrolling then only you should book this place.
