Loop Central Stay Tour & Motorbike Rental

- This Review covers the Ha Giang loop. OVerall it was a total disaster. Safety equipent was mishandled, Drunken drivers were allowed to drive, issues with hygiene and property mishandling in the homestays, Food poisonings and even an incidident, where drivers were completely unable to react appropriately, call ambulance or offer any first aid. The tour operator denies any responsibility.

- They got my booking wrong but fixed it when I brought it to their attention. The room was very cold with no remote control to turn up the heat. It was loud.

+ This review is more about the accommodation whilst on the loop motorcycle tour . The ride itself was awesome ! Whilst The accommodation at the hotel prior to departure was clean, spacious and excellent value for money. the accommodation whilst on the 4 day tour was significantly contrasting and disappointing- at best described as basic dorm style set up to maximise profit and cater for large groups , cold and not always clean often very basic. There are so many nice places to stay but it appears these large dorms are set up to save money .The guide was fantastic and the bike was In good condition - be it a little underpowered. The ride was exhilarating and the experience was awesome. The staff were great and did their best to help. Unfortunately honestly Disappointed about the accommodation and the food while on the tour.

- the accommodation whilst on the 4 day tour was very simple and unfortunately more like a hostel set up to cater for large groups of riders ( noisy , basic and way too many other riders using the same facilities ) rather than ‘home stay ‘ with local cooking , the food was often the same at each place ( seemingly to save money or to cater for tourists with no desire to experience good home cooked food (?) for breakfast we either had the choice of 2 min noodles soup or a banana pancake for breakfast. What happens to Pho?? Lunches seemed to be the same over and over due to the places we were sent to - Vietnamese food is wonderful and varied -,this should be promoted rather than dumbing it down- this was aspect along with the basic accommodation was disappointing.

- No drapes to block night lights on 3rd floor. Employee chatter/tv from 6-7am

+ Super accueil du personnel, toujours souriant. La chambre était nickel. Petite restauration sur place qui simplifie les choses. bonne organisation pour le loop tour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

+ Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel, le petit déjeuner est également très bon L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. La chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bain de qualité.

+ The best hotel room we've ever had for $8, which included the biggest breakfast we've had in Vietnam as well (worth $8 on its own). Nothing fancy, but a well-sized room with a good bed and a bathroom with lots of hot water coming out of the shower at full force. A large outdoor bar with pool table selling cheap bar and doubling as the breakfast area. Centrally located near the bridges.

- There's a pickle-ball court next door, whose noise can get annoying (unless you're playing). Wifi was spotty at times.
