- No me senti segura desde que entre. Las habitaciones no tienen seguro, cualquiera puede entrar. Son pequeñas y las camas estan muy cerca unas de otras. No hay espacio. Mala organizacion. No hay staff. No recomiendo

+ I have never left negative reviews. However, this time I am forced to do so. I was put in a room with an alcoholic who drank vodka right in the room. Believe me, I am not some kind of sissy - I myself come from a post-Soviet country, I have had to spend the night in Spartan conditions and communicate with various types of marginals throughout my life. I will tell you more - at first I was even ready to tolerate this alcoholic, he was not aggressive. However, at some point he started saying things that in my opinion were delirium from alcohol consumption. At 10:00 PM, my patience snapped and the hostel administration was notified of the situation. I clearly stated that I felt in danger. I was offered to move to another room, which I consider insufficient. And besides, at 6 am this guest woke up the entire hostel with his phone conversation with obscenities. And as far as I could understand, one girl in our room was crying from stress. What is my complaint about the hostel, based on my experience of visiting hostels from the Isle of Man to Oman - if your guest reports that he feels in danger - the reaction should be immediate. Moreover, the incident was reported at 10:00 PM, which is not late in such situations. And the lack of a timely reaction is not a consequence of the cheapness of the hostel - for the same money you can rent a hostel in the center of Vilnius with a much better location, much better renovation, and a check-in counter. My vacation was completely ruined. I hope other guests will also leave negative reviews - and the hostel owners will start to care more about the safety of their guests

- It was a very uncomfortable place. Felt like it could be broken into at any time. No one is there to make sure this does not happen. The bedrooms do not have locks. Each bedroom should only be open to the guest that reserved it. Instead, once you get past the front door all of the bedrooms are accessible. One of the other guests kept going in and out of the bathrooms and showers, then tried to come into the bathroom when I was in there! Please do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else in Kaunas!

- Les échanges avec le propriétaire et l’arrivée étaient très compliqués. Après il n’y avait aucune gestion de ce qu’il se passait à l’intérieur. Avec mon amie nous ne nous sentions plus en sécurité (la porte du bas cassée et celle du haut ouverte donc n’importe qui peut entrer et sortir) des hommes très insistants à l’intérieur… donc nous sommes parties en réservant autre chose à la dernière minutes

- someone just took a bad with all belongins. that was hardly possible to find at least a part of staff. so the t-shirt was disappeared.

- The most wasted money i spent. There was no bed available to sleep. There is no reception to speak to, so I sent a message to the property and they just don't care. They are letting anyone in with the excuse that there is not a bed allocation system, so anyone can sleep anywhere and anyone can enter. I've reached the booking service team to settle it. I had to book another place to sleep.

+ La ubicación.

- Muy sucio. Cocina y baños no se han limpiado en profundidad en años. Olor a rancio nada más entrar. Cocina pequeña para todas las personas. Las fotos que aparecen que es el espacio común es ahora una habitación. No hay nadie del alojamiento en ningún momento, si hay algún problema te las tienes que apañar como puedas.

+ Le prix est l’un des plus bas que j’ai trouvés à Kaunas (17 € la nuit), ce qui peut intéresser les voyageurs avec un budget très limité. La connexion internet fonctionne correctement. Chaque lit dispose d’un rideau qui permet un peu d’intimité, ainsi que d’une prise électrique, d’une lampe et d’un casier pour les affaires personnelles.

- Mon expérience a été très décevante. Je n’ai reçu aucune instruction avant mon arrivée : l’hôte a oublié de m’envoyer les informations d’accès. Il n’y a aucune enseigne ni indication pour trouver l’endroit, situé au deuxième étage d’un bâtiment. J’ai dû chercher pendant environ 30 minutes dans le noir avec mon sac à dos et demander mon chemin à des passants. J’ai contacté l’hébergement à plusieurs reprises via Booking, WhatsApp et par téléphone, sans jamais obtenir de réponse. Une fois la porte trouvée, il fallait un code pour entrer dans le bâtiment, que je n’avais pas. J’ai donc dû attendre que quelqu’un entre ou sorte pour pouvoir accéder à l’intérieur. La sécurité pose également problème : la porte principale du bâtiment reste constamment ouverte et semble cassée, et les dortoirs ne sont pas verrouillés (pas de clé, pas de carte, pas de code). N’importe qui peut donc entrer librement. Il n’y a par ailleurs personne sur place pour accueillir les clients, les aider en cas de problème ou simplement veiller à la sécurité des lieux. À l’arrivée, il faut simplement écrire son nom dans un registre posé dans une pièce commune, ce qui n’est évidemment pas un système fiable. La propreté laisse aussi à désirer, notamment dans la cuisine. Le point le plus choquant concerne mon lit : le rideau prévu pour l’intimité était couvert de traces et d’auréoles ressemblant clairement à du liquide séminal. J’ai pris une photo et je la joins à mon commentaire. Autres désagréments : les serviettes ne sont pas incluses et doivent être louées pour 1 € via une machine qui nécessite l’appoint exact et fonctionne mal. Le sol en parquet dans les chambres grince énormément : au moindre pas d’une personne qui entre ou prépare son sac, tout le monde est réveillé. On entend également beaucoup le bruit de la rue, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. Concernant les services annoncés, il est indiqué que l’on peut laisser ses affaires gratuitement pendant la journée pour visiter la ville.

+ My flight arrived quite late so it was super convenient that you can check in quite late. The place was clean and comfortable and I also very much appreciated the lockers.
