Hotel Meridiana

We visited this hotel 5.5.2024 and we had to leave the same day. We came to this hotel and they gave us a room they had to change right after we unpacked, because their air conditioning didn’t work. When we moved to the other room we thought everything will be okay but it wasn’t. We went sightseeing and when we came back we were laying in our bad and a BED-BUG crawled on one of the beds. I immediately went to the hotel stuff and they said that they will change the sheets, but i told them that changing the sheets won’t kill other bugs in the room. The hotel staff decided to show me a different room. The room was bigger but i told them that i want to check the beds first. We checked the beds and i found long dark hair on the sheets. I told them that this is absolutely unacceptable. We decided to find a different place to stay so they agreed on giving us our money back. The problem was that we had to find a place to stay around midnight so it was not easy. The lady told us that she will get us a taxi and that she will pay for it, but in the end she didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, because of hygienic conditions.
