Social Pod Khao San Hostel

I was pretty disappointed with our stay here. I chose this location due to the enforced quiet hours at 10 pm, and we were up all night due to partying, drunk people yelling or trying to get into their rooms, noise, etc. The pub crawl from the hostel didn’t even leave/ finish the pregame until 10:30. Honestly thought this was going to be better than it was for the price. When I got there my bed had crumbs and dirt on top of it. The bathrooms easily flood while taking a shower. Seems like they don’t clean the actual rooms in between guests, lockers were all full of trash. During the middle of the night some drunk guests ripped their curtain down and the hostel’s “party rep” came to look at it, which for some reason included messing with my curtain while I was trying to sleep.

10/10!! The beds were very comfy, the bathrooms were cleaned every morning, the staff was kind and helpful, and the over all vibes were there! Definitely recommend!

Wir hatten dort eine sehr coole Zeit, das Hostel und Bangkok war super schön, allerdings waren die Matratzen sehr hart, sodasssodass wir nicht gut schlafen konnten.

Wir hatten ein Privatzimmer und es war auch alles sauber. Leider war das Zimmer an der Straße und man könnte das Fenster nicht ganz schließen, heißt man hat den ganzen Lärm von der Straße gehört und konnte nicht richtig schlafen.

Good stay, nice & quiet but there is a social element if you are after that

Really lovely hostel. it’s new so is really clean, has great facilities and the staff were really nice. It isn’t the most social of hostels but i also think that’s due to it being new.

Super convincing accommodation in the heart of Bangkok! :-) Everything was very clean and modern during my stay. The beds are comfortable and spacious and there is a separate storage for the bags outside the dorms (which I always prefer in hostels). A big plus is definitely the central location, from where you can explore Bangkok perfectly + friendly staff. They also offer free yoga classes and other kinds of activities in the hostel. All in all, I can highly recommend this place and will return

I came here not sure what to expect but it turned to be a really good experience staying here. Just at the start of the stay I was greeted by Eaindra at the reception and she just set the tone right. Polite and professional with good energy at the same time. She also helped me with suggestions with what to do in the trip as per my interests. The other staff members are also very cool to talk to and always ready to help or just offer a chat. Shout out to man Eddie. You cool 🤙🏼

Fantastic spot, stayed there for a couple nights with my friends and we liked it so much we extended our stay a bit! The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly, the facilities are clean and the people and the atmosphere are fantastic. Great place if you want to be near to KSR without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of it all.

Everything was great at the hostel. It’s new and in a great location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all my needs from the room to organizing activities. There are daily activities available and a very chill reception and bar. Guests are allowed to bring what ever food they want from outside and drink reasonably priced alcohol in the hostel. Additionally, the staff is extremely knowledgeable on how to get around Bangkok and is very helpful with getting to another city.

I have stayed here 2 times when i was in Bangkok and it was honestly amazing!! Great beds, super friendly staff and excellent location! when i go to bangkok again i will definitely be staying here again :)

When I return to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again. The place is clean, organized, the staff is super nice and welcoming, and there are always events like karaoke, music nights and yoga classes. The vibe is amazing. Defintely recommend that place 😁🙌🙌🙌

Gosto bastante do hostel aqui. Tem uma vibe muito tranquila e ao mesmo tempo, muito social. Diversas atividades como música ao vivo, yoga, thai class, pub crown e você se sente parte da experiência como um todo. This hostel is great. It’s modern and clean and the curtains in the dorms are great for privacy and rest. Staff and volunteers (Win, Jesus and others), were really nice and welcoming. The hostel has a social vibe with daily activities, which makes it easy to connect to people, but there is no pressure to join. It’s chill and easygoing. Would recommend!

Good hostel. Decent people. I stayed at Songkhram so it was hectic and a bit too party vibe for me. But I imagine that the rest of the year it is more chilled out. Facilities are decent but worse than the other similar Khao San Social Pod hostel.

This hostel was very clean - shared bathroom was also very clean Katie was a volunteer and she was very friendly and helpful with advice of places to go etc
