don't come here, there are bedbugs

Personal super nett, cuter Aufenthaltsraum, sehr nicer Blick vom Balkon, folgende Downsides: leider keine Vorhänge am Bett, kein Nachtlicht/Steckdose am Bett, hatte sehr wahrscheinlich Bettwanzen! + Küche eher nicht so gut ausgestattet :/

Very helpful at reception for everything you want. Definitely recommend the owners Italian restaurant for pizza. Note: bedbugs were found in a different room while I was staying there, but they worked swiftly to move those people to another hostel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage sehr gut. Leider gab es Bettwanzen und wir mussten das Hostel verlassen ..

Defiantly got bed bugs here. Staff was nice about it and moved my room but it seems to be enough of an issue here that you’re better off staying elsewhere.

I found a bedbug on my pillow. They gave me another room but even though the bed bug was dead they put the pillow back on the bed and wanted to let the next girl sleep in it. Not a social hostel too.

They had bedbugs! Please check your bed before sleeping in it! I discovered one bug crawling over my bed when I wanted to go to sleep. They offered me another room, which I took. I woke up several times in the night and checked my bed for bugs. There weren't any. I also didn't have any bites on my body. So I believe it was only in that first room. They told us, that they will take care of it. I hope they will. Besides that, the cleanliness of the beds could be better. There were hair on the bed and on the blankets. The wool blankets could been washed more often.

Pros: Hostel was decent enough for a few nights. The hammocks were lovely. Good location. Cons: Staff were very friendly until there was a problem. They didn’t care that our shower didn’t work, so I used another dorms shower. Also 2 beds in my dorm had bed bugs, and their solution was to just move those two people out, and not clean the other beds, and leave the rest of us in the room with the bugs. Breakfast was also extremely small.

It was a great place, the location and the staff were so lovely and helped us organise tours etc. however there was an issue with bed bugs in our room and their response was a bit too relaxed as they put new travellers in the same beds straight after and didn’t seem very concerned. Without that problem it would’ve been perfect though :)

Overall I liked the location and my room was clean. Not a hopping social vibe but quiet and friendly nontheless. I did hear about bedbugs from other guests but did not have this experience. Just wanted people to be made aware.

We get bed bugs here. Other people staying here also had the same problem. We left immediately once we found out and requested a refund as we couldn’t stay in those conditions to which we were met with the response “there can’t be bed bugs cause we recently had the place fumigated”. Please explain why the place would’ve been fumigated if there were no bedbugs?? After a back and forth we got a 80% refund but definitely left a bad taste in our mouth.

Op het moment dat ik hier was, waren er in verschillende andere kamers bedbugs. Ook gaf het personeel aan verschillende mensen aan dat ze overboekt waren, terwijl er elke avond veel bedden in de dorms vrij waren.

It is a very nice Hostal and the Staff is super friendly but I had a very bad night with Bed Bugs in the Dorm Nr. 5

staff is kind and good basic breakfast. however there is bedbugs. I told them I hope they will do the necessary.

Great staff and cute town. We unfortunately got bidden by bedbugs but staff took it very seriously and was amazing with helping us out

Super Hostel in toller Lage. Personal sehr nett. Frühstück in Ordnung. Es gibt ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Netflix Möglichkeit. Der Dorm an sich okay. Jedoch gab es Beschwerden über Bettwanzen. Ich selber habe keine gesehen. Angeblich ist es dort schon länger ein Problem.
