Worst service I’ve had in 2+ years of full-time travel. I was kicked out while sick with food poisoning. After a freezing beach day, there was no hot water and staff was unreachable for an hour. I was told it would be fixed “tomorrow” and they stopped responding. When I asked about compensation, they repeatedly told me to leave, even knowing I was sick. Staff waited outside the bathroom to kick me out. I left ill with nowhere to go. Horrible place, trust the many 1-star reviews.

Our experience at this hostel was very disappointing. First, they changed our reservation without informing us. Then, during our second night, the AC broke at 2am and started leaking water all over our belongings. Everything got wet, and when we called the staff for help, they didn’t care at all. Very unprofessional and not recommended.

Me quede 3 noches solo por intentar ahorrar lo mas posible. Costo: No son 10 sino 15 dolares/euro. Baño: olor a alcantarilla, pobre limpieza diaria del baño. Wifi: pobre. Si te tocan camas de arriba no tienes enchufe accesible personal. Lo que mas me defraudó fue que había muchisimo calor andetro y no se puede abrir al exterior por los mosquitos. Al pedirle otro ventilador a la mujer que está a cargo, dijo imposible. Tambien es para ella imposible dejar tus pertenencias despues del check ou...

I read reviews before booking so I didn’t expect this place to be great. The reviews did not disappoint and all is true upon experiencing 😂. I am convinced the curly hair man at the front desk hates his job because he always had attitude. He even fought with a few of the other people staying in the hostel. I made friends w other hostel go-ers and the ongoing joke between us was “the Hermes show” because there was always a fight 😂. But overall I still enjoyed my stay regardless.

I had to sleep on a bed under the a.c. Thats impossible to rest like that , unless you are penguin

Vey basic dorm room…there wasn’t any electricity on the first day I arrived hence the wifi was down as well. Security was a concern for me as the back door is always open and there wasn’t any lockers to store your valuables. Hermes hospitality is at the back of delta sharm resort; therefore it’s a bit of a walk to the main entrance of the resort, where tour pickups are. Th staff were really friendly and helpful btw.

Everything was ok with the hostel as expected, clean, sufficient spaces in the dorms, windows, terrace, most of all I appreciated the staff. Good to know in advance is the kitchen area not working properly because shared in the same room with the reception and the common area. I had a good time anyway and planning going back.

The location is great, walking distance to the bus station. Midle of city, so it's easy to go to any beach. Ahmed the guy who was cleaning really does a good job. Recomend

Veramente un bel posto situato in una bella posizione, gestito squisitamente e pieno di splendidi gatti! Stra consigliato!!

Well run, efficient, dedicated staff. Spotlessly clean. Brilliant location looking out onto lovely pool and gardens. Be sure to sample the freshly made, home baked cakes every morning. Friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to return.

I had an amazing stay at Herrmes Hospitality. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful also when asked for help. I really recommend it!

Really good and clean Hostel. Staff is very nice. The Herrmes Café and the pool area is a big plus. Also Delta Sharm Resort is good, Cafés, supermarkets and small restaurants. I recommend the Hostel to everyone, who's looking for a good place to be where it is clean with a good price.

Good position, security, clean and friendly staff, beds are quite comfortable, kitchen area to improve but was enough for me, thanks I'll be back soon.

It's a clean place within a safe complex. There are almost all amenities needed (except for hot water during my stay). Ibrahim, the host, is a great guy, helpful and easygoing. Should I visit Sharm El-Sheikh again I would definitely stay there again.

Situé dans un immense complexe de résidences privées "delta" l auberge n'a pas d espaces de convivialité .le seul avantage est d'avoir accès à une piscine et attention la réception ferme à18h! sans l aide d un égyptien influant je me serai retrouvée à la rue car mon vol avait du retard donc arrivée à 19h30 hors délai. Le staff est avare d informations ,pas du tout un esprit d auberge de jeunesse. Ça dépanne à sharm el cheik pour une nuit...la station de bus "go bus" 15min à pie...

Tried to connect via email before getting here unsuccessfully. Seemed necessary to get a taxi from the airport, which felt expensive. There are different check-in times on the website so there was uncertainty about accessing the bed. Bumbling around in the dark and a reassuring welcome arrived through the dappled lamp lig. The facility is clean and efficient, staffed by generously helpful people. Many thanks and best wishes...

Overall a very good hostel, and one of the few places in Sharm where you can find a bit of a backpacker vibe. I met good fellow travellers both times I was here. However, after the pool area closes early evening, there is no common area to chill and exchange, which limits the socializing to the dorm. That means that there is a bit of a separation between the dorm guests and the other guests who stay in private rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. Susanna is a great host, attent...
