Rancho Grande Hostel

Ich hatte Bettwanzen, meine Beine sind völlig zerstochen. Sie haben zwar meine Wäsche gewaschen und ich bekam ein neues Zimmer. Ich bin mir jedoch nicht sicher, ob sie das Zimmer dicht machen und reinigen lassen. Es ist ein sehr grosses Hostel, dementsprechend trubelig. Die Küche wird zwar immer wieder geputzt, doch bei sovielen Menschen trotzdem schmuddelig

Me acribillaron los chinches y no sé si fue por el colchón o porque entra y sale gente con la ropa y mochilas de haber estado en la montaña.

The hostel itself wasn’t very social which was unfortunate and I had to have my room changed due to bed bugs in my room 🤢 so overall not great.

O hostel está infestado de percevejos, "bed bugs", sai com diversão picadas, ainda sim tem uma funcionária da tarde de óculos, que não sei o nome que não sabe lidar com as pessoas, fiz uma pergunta educadamente e ele respondeu gritando, tive que pedir por favor , " fale baixo", foi extremamente grossa, então essas foram as coisas decepcionantes....dica ,não abaixe a cabeça para pessoas assim....eu respondi a altura,

🇪🇸No suelo ser de las que pone reviews y menos si son malas, pero en este caso lo hago para advertir a las personas que se queden en estos días en este hostal y para hacerle un llamado al mismo a que le ponga un poco más de interés al aspecto higiénico y sanitario. Con mi novio nos alojamos desde el día 14 hasta el 17 de Marzo en los share-rooms bunk beds. Mi novio se quejó de unas ronchas en sus piernas el día 15 pero pensó que era por el roce de su pantalón durante una de las caminatas pero luego el día 17 yo amanecí brotada por todo lado. Según lo que he podido averiguar se llama bed bug bites o ácaros. Tengo brotada mi cara, mi cuello, mis manos, mi espalda baja y mis tobillos. En general, la limpieza del hostal no es la mejor, los baños siempre están húmedos, las bañeras estaban siempre llenas de cabello, además que es incómodo pues los baños (duchas) quedan ubicados en el mismo lugar que los baños que se comparten con el restaurante y se separan por una cortina. Cuando se abren las puertas de los baños (en el caso del baño de damas) no se pueden abrir completas pues el espacio es demasiado pequeño. Todo es incómodo. Luego si se ven las escaleras de los pasillos de las habitaciones, ahí estaban tiradas sábanas y cubre lechos en el piso. Muy desagradable no recomendaría el lugar. 🇬🇧 I’m not usually the kind of person who post reviews, especially if they're bad, but in this case I do it to warn people who is about to stay in this hostel and to call out the hostal to put a little more effort in the cleaning and hygiene. With my boyfriend we stayed from the 14th to the 17th March. My boyfriend complained of some hives on his legs on the 15th but he thought it was from rubbing his pants during one of the walks but then on the 17th I woke up sprouting all over the place. According to what I have been able to find out, it is called bed bug bites or mites. I have sprouted my face, my neck, my hands, my lower back and my ankles. In general, The cleanliness of the hostel is not the best, the bathrooms are always humid, the bathtubs were always full of hair, plus it is uncomfortable because the bathrooms (showers) are located in the same place as the bathrooms that are shared with the restaurant and are separated by a curtain. the doors of the bathrooms (in the case of the ladies' bathroom) can’t be opened completely because the space is too small. Everything is uncomfortable. Then if you see the stairs in the corridors of the rooms, there were thrown sheets and bedspreads on the floor. Very unpleasant. I would not recommend the place.

Great location and nice and friendly staff. Probably got bed bug bites though..
