I’ve stayed in dozens of hostels, and this is one of the worst I’ve been to. The dorm room is extremely cramped, the lockers are so small I had to put my backpack in the hallway, there are no outlets for the top bunks, and there are no windows, AC, or fans in there so it is so hot and smelly. Most of the guests were older, which is fine, but a couple of the older men seemed to be living there which is a hostel red flag for me. The staff was also weird and impatient and had issues assigning b...
My review is for the dorm room only. I did not see the private rooms so cannot comment on them The 8 bed dorm should only have 6 beds maximum. It is not big enough for 8 beds. There is not enough room to keep your bag in the dorm. You have to leave your bag outside in the hallway. Not enough showers or toilets. Several half naked men sleeping in dorm at 2pm in the afternoon. It put me off staying there. I left and found another hostel.
Wifi was not working. When trying to log in an error message said the bill had not been paid to the internet company. We asked if the wifi problem could be resolved but never heard back. Also, the owner tried to overcharge us when we arrived.

+ Good location, warm couple.
- This is the apartment from an elder couple, with language barrier. One part is their living space, the other side is the “hostel”. Only one bathroom for shower and toilet, no air con in the living room area, hot in summer. Kitchen is with limited space and cooking gadgets. High flow without escalator. Location is good but giving all the conditions together, sorry but it doesn’t worth the price to me. The host daughter(?) was nice to let me cancel the other night though.

+ 親切な女性オーナー、英語を話します。 立地も良い。ゲストは1室８人のみ。シャワー兼トイレ室は1室。リビングは広い。冷蔵庫、ケトルあり。電子レンジ無し。アパート最上階の部屋でオーナー家族のスペースあり。小犬を踏まないように気をつけて。
- 玄関にWifi機器を設置しているので、ドミ部屋では通信できなかった。リビングでも電波弱かった。
+ The owner was really friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The place was kept clean, there is lots of storage space for belongings and there are curtains on the beds for privacy. Not the most social hostel when I was there but it's a comfortable place in a good location in Yerevan.
+ Плюсы : 1. Расположение близко ко всему (но будьте внимательны, это 4 этаж без лифта) 2. Хозяйка- душа! Очень милая и приятная, говорит на нескольких языках, заботливо подскажет всё что нужно и поможет советами по путешествию. Таких прекрасных владельцев не часто встретишь, думаю все хорошие оценки адресованы именно ей:) 3. Есть плита, микроволновка, чайник, холодильник - можно что-то приготовить себе 4. Просторные кровати, уместится любой, есть шкаф для каждого постояльца около кровати, есть розетка
- Минусы: 1. Кровати довольно шаткие- ощущается вибрация от любого движения соседа, и если кто-то идет тяжёлой походкой мимо вашей нижней кровати-тоже 2. занавески на кроватях есть, но они короткие для нижней кровати - есть зазоры снизу и с боков тоже 3. На кроватях около двери сильно слышен кондиционер (или вытяжка воздуха?). И так как помещения сквозные, то довольно сильно слышен шум из кухни и коридора - если кто-то с громким голосом проснулся рано, то вы просыпаетесь вместе с ним 4. Санузел всего один на 8 гостей и хозяев, и он совмещенный (душ+туалет). Лично я всегда торопилась и все делала очень быстро, чтобы не заставлять никого ждать, это не совсем комфортно

+ The hostel owners were very warm and friendly, attentive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the hostel was clean.
+ Clean and quiet. But a little bit difficult to find place at the dark time. Bed is comfortable. All facilities available. Friendly staff.

+ The location is ideal, right in the city center. The host is very friendly and speaks fluent English and Russian. The space is equipped with a microwave, a kettle and a refrigerator. The beds are spacious and comfortable, each guest has their own locker right next to the bed, and there is a convenient power outlet to charge your devices. The hostel is very clean.
