Welle Surf House

We didn’t expect much from the hostel, but even the basics weren’t met-clean room, bed sheets, towels. When we arrived, the bed sheets and cases weren’t on the bed, there was no mirror, and the bathroom door never closed. They never offered to clean the room either. The door eventually fell on us, and when we told them, they said it was fixed. On our last day, they blamed us for breaking it and asked us to pay 150dh. Honestly, this attitude was shameless and unfair and I wouldn’t recomme...

Die Lage ist top, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt keine Rezeption, weshalb die Ankunft etwas verwirrend war. Die Dachterasse ist leider überdacht und der Vibe des Hostels ist nicht so social. Die Wände sind super hellhörig und das Zimmer wird nicht abgeschlossen, es gibt auch keine Locker um die Backpacks zu verstauen. Insgesamt für den Preis okay.

We had a good stay! The hosts were very open, social and you could integrate well - whether in the evening at the rooftop or on a tour towards Paradise Valley, surfing or sandboarding. Location was also top. We also met very nice people who also traveled. We Had a private room with a nice view & a window.

Overall the place was good for the price! It can be a bit loud at night but I think that would be the same anywhere just cause the windows need to be open for the air flow. I ended up extending my stay and was happy with everything! Would stay again.

I loved my time here! I was looked after so well by the team, they are all such beautiful people and helped me throughout my stay! I also met the most amazing crew at this hostel who will now be friends for life- I am beyond grateful for this hostel and def recommend for any traveller to book this place! You are super close to everything and the crew at the hostel will give you the best advice on where to go and what to do- also the rooftop is to die for - it is absolutely stunning! 🫶🏽

I had a lovely stay here! The hostel is a perfect mix of social if you want it to be but also really peaceful, and just a short walk to the town. Showers and toilets were clean and working, bed comfortable & space outside to dry your wetsuit etc. Rooftop was also a rly nice place to chill out & has a good view out the to the see. Jamal was really friendly and helpful - he can help organise serf lessons and trips for you, and organised for a taxi to pick me up from the airport too :)

great location with amazing rooftop view, Jamal, Hamza and Maru were so lovely, played cards with us in the evenings and really helpful, recommending places to go, teaching us to surf, providing local tips andhelpi ng with the cheapest ways to travel about - thank you so much for a fun stay

Best beds and showers in town! Pure comfort. Came back just for that. Host is extremely friendly and helpful. Socialwise it’s more on the quiet side but you can still meet people.

The hostel is really a great place to stay in taghazout. It’s the cleanest hostel we stayed in during our Morocco trip and the staff was really nice and helpful during our stay. The vibes were amazing and we met a lot of great people. Cannot recommend this hostel enough

I had an absolutely amazing stay here, honestly the best hostel I’ve experienced so far in Morocco! The rooftop atmosphere was incredibly cozy and welcoming, with such warm and lovely people.The rooms were clean and comfortable :)

Jamal’s hostel is one of the best I’ve ever been to! Jamal is a magnificent host, and together with the wonderful Hamza and Abdu, they made my stay so friendly and social. They gave me the best local tips and helped me with everything. The hostel is spotless and smells amazing! The rooftop is spectacular with a unique vibe and a fantastic view. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Welle Surf House!! Das Hostel liegt super zentral, es ist sauber (!!) und das Personal ist super freundlich & offen. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great atmosphere, great people, and a great quiet location off the main road. Would’ve spent more time here if it wasn’t fully booked.
