+ The room design looks cool

- The hotel is located outside of the city centre. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide us with the room we had originally booked for the first night, so we had to stay in a different one. That room had a serious mosquito problem. Although the staff tried to help, we weren’t able to resolve the issue, which left me trying to sleep while feeling extremely uncomfortable about the mosquitos around us. We moved to the correct room the next day, but the problem persisted, as mosquitos seemed to be present throughout the entire hotel. Finally, on our last night, we found a lizard in the room, which led us to leave the hotel entirely in the middle of the night.

+ This Hotel has excellent staff and is clean enough.

- It didn't really suit us that well, definitely what it claims to be, a 'love' hotel, more suited to hot romance, if it suits your taste, than jaded old travellers like us. 😂. We chose this hotel because it guaranteed a bathtub. We had been doing quite a bit of travelling, and we were keen for a good soak. The bathtub was worth it, the size of a single bed and as deep as a spa bath, so it took a while to fill. Bubble bath is available at reception. 😊

+ The rooms were fun and the decor was creative, beds were comfy. The staff was exceptionally accomodating, especially Kane was proactive and helpful.

- In one of our rooms the fridge was loud and froze up.

+ C’est un bel hôtel bien conçu, confortable, au niveau des chambres et des douches. Mademoiselle Min, à l’accueil, est exceptionnelle: attentive, chaleureuse, serviable, presque au-delà de toute attente.

- Il y avait certes des travaux à l’extérieur, mais l’insonorisation est perfectible aussi bien pour les bruits qui viennent de l’extérieur, que des canalisations, et surtout de la porte de la chambre, qui fait que l’on entend trop facilement des bruits à la réception pendant notre sommeil. C’est quand même un peu un paradoxe d’aller à un hôtel pour dormir et d’être gêné à ce moment.! n’est-ce pas ?
