+ Nada!! Sucio, incómodo, no tenía agua caliente en las duchas, una sola escalera para 2 literas, realmente incómodo,por un poco más de dinero hay Hostel que valen la pena,lo único rescatable el personal que me toco

J'avais réservé une chambre de 4 pour 4 personnes , il mon mis dans une chambre de 14 personnes !!! 10 inconnus dans notre chambre voyageant avec un enfant impossible pour moi de rester dans cet endroit. Il n'ont rien voulu savoir en relation a un potentiel remboursement ou échange de chambre vu que ma réservation initiale était une chambre de 4 pour 4 et non 4 lit dans une chambre de 14 ! INADMISSIBLE ! A FUIR

I could open just have of the door to enter in my four bed room, that's how is it small. Beds are made of metal construction, in two levels, and any move anyone makes produce such a noise. Toilets are clean. Bedsheets are clean.
Needs to be repaired, good value for the money, good location,
Gave me dirty hairy bedding, had baby roaches in the bathroom which made me want to leave in the middle of the night. Told the staff, that did not absolutely care whatsoever whowere more defensive over me asking for a refund rather than being concerned that they have bugs. Unprofessional staff. When a staff member walked away to help somebody else, almost Immediately a random person walked into the lobby (where I was by myself) insisting on using my phone to make a call and angrywhen I said no.
It was not good. Dirty and far away from the city center.

+ Loved the staff! They helped me with my portuguese and when I had troubles entering my room (my error). I love that there were cubicules, its so nice! And they have a curtain which is extra appreciated! I also liked that each room has its own bathroom and not a big shared one for the whole hostel. It was also cool because there were only women in my dorm (without asking) and it made me feel safer!
- No kitchen! So so sad :( Bed hard as a rock, its only one thing slab of memory foam. No lockers, kinda like small cupboards that are lockable but also very flimsy, so I didnt trust them much!
