Hotel Continue Nijo-jo Kita

I got bitten by bed bugs really badly, bed bugs were literally walking on the walls of my capsule. The shower door on our floor was broken and you couldn’t close yourself properly. The capsules have very thin walls so I could hear my neighbour moving around in bed. The location is quite far from the main area, about 15 min by bus or 40min walking. I have been charged additional tax fee upon my arrival, I have not been aware of this prior to making a booking. There is no lift, so if you have a lot of baggage with you this might be a bit difficult as there is 5 floors. The staff was nice and friendly, but unfortunately the bed bug experience has really impacted my stay and I can’t give it more than 2 stars.
