The Jungle Hostel Canggu

The hostel is nice, but the staff isn’t very welcoming. The lady at the reception was making fun of me when I didn’t understand the currency. It was actually my first hostel in Bali, and also my first time there, so I didn’t really understand the money yet. They weren’t very patient with me, and they were laughing among themselves because I couldn’t figure out all the zeros

the hostel is nice and clean and comfortable but the overall experience is not good since the lost two cloths that I left for laundry and they did not take any responsibility for it. I choose this hostel because it was cheap but it costed me a lot since the clothes were expensive. I hope they take care of the guests more next time

Large dorm w spacious pods and kind staff however bathrooms very dirty (did not seem to be cleaned) and old, saggy, mattress.

I think it was the best hostel i stayed so far. The staff ist extremly friendly and welcoming. The bed appartments are more like seperate rooms within the dorm. Pool is very nice and clean. A really really good hostel if you want to have a calm athmospere with nice talks. Will come back

It was a really nice stay when me and my friend visited the jungle hostel for two nights. It was great except they it was a loads of ants in my bed. But otherwise it was perfect. Really recommend

Beautiful hostel with a great pool area and nice rooms. The staff weren’t very welcoming when I arrived which put me off slightly. Apart from that, good experience.

My favourite hostel in Bali. Very spacious capsules, chill hostel but also social in the evenings. Easy to get to Canggu centre. The staff are so friendly, definitely recommend

less social than other hostels but great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, short ped ride away from some good night life. staff were amazing, very accommodating and awesome people to chat and have a drink with!

The best Hostel in Canggu ! The staff is so nice, rooms are extra comfortable and I love the family ambiance.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were amazing and the bathroom facilities were perfect! The price is cheap and its on a quieter area than the main strip of Canggu - but still easy to access! The owner made efforts to speak to us and receive feedback, which shows brilliant care for the hostel and the people staying there! I practiced yoga in the morning in a beautiful spot with plants, birds and a yoga matt that was provided.

The Hostel was great, with extremely friendly staff and offered many amenities, however we had quite a lot of mosquitos and small ants in our room which made sleeping terrible. I wish they could improve this for the future.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, willing to help with anything. The breakfast was yummy and it felt like a little haven in a jungle, it was so nice. It’s a little far out of the centre of Canggu so would recommend getting a bike to get to the centre but other than that, such a lovely room and bathroom, just like the pictures.

Incredible and homely staff here who really make an effort to get to you know and make your stay as welcoming as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Located at the edge of Canggu, it's a relief to get away from the chaos. The family who runs the place are LOVELY! I encourage everyone to have a friendly chat with them. They gave me some great advice, and they showed me what future plans they have for the place as well. I'm excited in their place! I hope to come back one day and see all the realisations! I wish you all the good fortune in the world! And thank you for the advice, which we followed.

Staff are incredible, hostel is really nice. Probably just a little out of the action if you want to go out and eat on batu bolong. Otherwise would recommend!

Nice spot works well for sociable people aswell as those after a quiter relaxed stay.

Great stay here, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Lovely food and social areas! Beds were amazing, like having your own room they were so spacious!
