   Initially I was confused seeing all these negative reviews. But I felt it was fine for the price (i paid 1400 for 2 nights through Agoda). The room is not great but it was pretty decent. Toilet was neat n clean and had good plumbing. Electric kettle was an advantage. But unfortunately there were stains on the blanket as seen on some other previous review. Floor had dusts. They tried to charge for extra water bottles on me (i had taken only 1 but tried to charge for 3; yeah.... You have to pay for bottle water. But get a jug complementary water). Could resolve it when I confronted. If they work on the cleanliness including the common areas and also service, it can be a good stay.

   It was very frustrating stay at Aishwarya residency. There is a limited car parking of 3 cars and we need to park at road side. We booked for 2 night stay and it’s horrible stay. 1. There is no room service 2. They won’t provide water, soaps and shampoo 3. Pillows and bed sheets in very bad shape. They are not even keeping the washed bedsheets for the new occupants. 4. Very small and congested room 5. Reception guys won’t respond to any queries 6. Room is not clean and there are many cockroaches. 7. Bathroom is so small 8. AC is not working 9. Kettle is not working and I asked many times to change the kettle but the staff and reception guys simply escaped 10. Rooms are not the same as shown in the website Please don’t trust the fake reviews and kindly avoid booking in this hotel. One of the worst hotel. Hotel is also in very small interior road and difficult to commute in the car.

   The hotel staff behaviour with customer is Worst They not co operative with customer. And they are charging more amount from customer if he already booked with online application also.if he wants to check in the hotel customer should pay more amount. Also room's are not clean and not in good condition no hygiene mentioned. Hotel was in Worst location.
