I showed up and they said they accidentally overbooked, so I was without a place to sleep for the night. had to leave Krakow earlier than intended and get a night train to my next destination just to have a place to sleep. Ridiculous.

It's a new hostel with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, comfortable beds, and very clean bathrooms. There's a lot of room for improvement, including a lockers to keep personal belongings safe.
