- Do atendimento da recepção (mulher de óculos) nunca fui tão mal atendido, e na hora de pagar foi cobrado uma valor bem maior do anunciado no booking
- Horrible customer service and had these horrible wristbands that just made us look like tourist to everyone in the city which the staff didn't even look for when they were wondering if we were staying at the hostel. Just a shit hostel. With shit staff.

- Primero me dieron una habitación muy pequeña, si tv, sin ventilación, y aparte con tants humedad qué no podíamos ni respirar, solicité a que me cambiaran de cuarto y nos trasladaron a otro he igual era. Sin ventilación mucha humedad sin televisor. Al día siguiente estaba mal con tos del ambiente tan hostil. No lo recomiendo para nada. Mucha Humedad. No fue una estancia agradable

This hostel was amazing. Had everything I needed and more. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. The rooms very clean and well looked after. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
Perfect attention for Summer Love everything
Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster nur in den Gang . Vielleicht hatte ich zu Grosse erwartungen .
NIGHTMARE. Full of drunk/high rude messy israeli tourists and the beds have bedbugs. My room had a cracked mirror and broken window. The staff is incapable and distracted, they forgot to give me back my passport, and they never gave me directions for the airport shuttle so I missed it. Worst stay during my month trip of across Peru (I love Peru and Peruvians). AVOID.. It may be CURSED
Reception very unpleasant. “Summer” (April 2, 2026) showed no empathy. No clear info about activities / breakfast. Breakfast (sign said 8:00, but it started at 8:30) didn't match photos (just bread, butter, jam, eggs). No duvets, only sheets. Bathrooms were very dirty (hot water though). We booked two beds in one room but were given two separate rooms without explanation or solution. Receptionist also tried to upsell a “quieter” lower floor, which felt unnecessary! Very bad hostel..! :...

+ It's a good location just a short walk to Kennedy Park. There are many restaurants and pubs around. The staff was nice
- When I booked I requested a low bunk bed to which I got the answer that they will accommodate my request, however at the arrival there were no low bunk beds available. I fully understand that this request usually depends on the availability but someone checked in the low bunk bed just a few minutes before me. Don't accept the guests' requests when you can't OR DON'T WANT to meet them. The guy from the reception tried his best but offering me another room for an extra charge was not really the option. Also the bathrooms in the room were all very filthy and the shower had broken head so there was hardly any pressure on the water.

Honestly, one of my favorite hostel experiences so far. The atmosphere at The Point Hostels is just greatvery social, fun, and welcoming. I met so many cool people here, and there was always something going on, but it never felt overwhelming. The staff were also really helpful and easygoing, which made everything smoother. If you’re looking for a place to have a good time and meet people, this is it. Would totally come back!🥳🥳
+ Bon auberge avec bar et cocktail de bienvenue offert et soirée organisée. 3 douches et 2 WC pour une chambre de 8 personnes, c'est suffisant. 2 balcons dans notre chambre
- Les casiers qui sont trop petits pour un gros sac à dos de randonnée et un plus petit. Obligé de forcer pour le fermer.
Had an amazing stay at The Point Hostels! Super friendly staff and such a fun, social vibeeereally easy to meet people, especially if you’re traveling solo. Rooms were clean and the common areas were always lively. Ended up making great friends and going out together a few nights, which made the whole experience even better Would definitely stay here again!
Ok place to stay for a few nights, was very noisy and party hostel vibes. Breakfast was bad and not many options. Rooms were clean but bathroom wasn’t.
