El Zoo Hostel And Pool

❌DON’T GO HERE❌Full op bed bugs. They offered me three different beds, all full with bed bugs. They just don’t care. I got only half my money back, although I did not use any of their facilities.

⚠️This is the worst Hostel I’ve been so far in Colombia. The rooms are filthy and dirty. My bed was full of bed bugs, yet the hostel didn’t find any solution to relocate me to another room. It is literally a ZOO. Runaway from this Hostel as much as possible‼️⛔️ it’s worth a 0/5.

the hostel itself was great, but it was a bit grimy. especially the bathrooms, and I think there were bed bugs as well, but the staff are incredincredible!! and there are a lot of things todo and they offer many activities

Habitaciones sucias y CHINCHES. Las mosquiteras de las ventanas de las habitaciones están sucias o directamente rotas. Las cortinas y mosquiteras de cada cama huelen mal y a humedad (deberían lavarlas más, como en otros hostel). Mi novio se levantó lleno de picaduras de chinches en una habitación de 6. Nos quedaba 1 noche y les pedimos devolución para buscar otro lugar. Respuesta negativa y que nos cambiáramos de cama a otra vacía y ya. Mala gestión y poco resolutivos.
