   It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. Beware that most reviews of this property are fake and written by the hotel owner/staff. You can expect dirty towels, with brown, questionable marks on them, stained bed sheets and no air con unit that actually works. The hotel does not have a kitchen or restaurant, and the supposed “breakfast” you get, you have to have in your room. The food very obviously comes somewhere from the nearby street market. The photos they’re using are fake and altered and do not represent the area the hotel is in. It’s located next to a very busy street market and there is manure on the street right outside the hotel.

   The room and the hotel was mostly clean overall, in a good location. Staff was a bit pushy- we had to pay in advance, and they wanted us to write review and show them at checkup. AC was that strong so our room temperature went below 20 °C - we could turn off the AC completely, but that way it became humid and hot. There was nothing in between. We had hair and stains on our bedsheets.

   Nice comfortable hotel close to New Delhi station which is great if just a quick stopover before heading back to the airport or out of Delhi. Rooms spacious and clean with everything needed. Bed very comfortable. No restaurant (as far as we were told) so any food has to be eaten in the room - we ordered dinner but wouldn't recommend. On check out, reception staff try to make you leave a 10* review before leaving, even going as far as to take the phone to start the review which left a bad impression of the hotel in general.

   - location is in the heart of bazar and near metro, we liked it - staff was very friendly - room was clean and furniture was in a good condition - slippers - very cold in the room in January, staff told us that heaters are prohibited - no partition between shower and toilet, so everything in bathroom become wet - towels are old and grey - noisy location and sound isolation is not good, be ready for that - dirty outside the hotel because of the location - when we checked out they asked us to put 10 points review, I didn’t like it because it’s my business what to say in my review.

   The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease, the hotel is also clean and well stocked with water and a kitchen. The beds were clean and comfortable. In the room I stayed in the AC wasn't working well unfortunately, and the WiFi in certain rooms was poor. There were also a lot of flies in the communal areas, luckily not much in the rooms themselves. During check out they did ask for a review to submitted there and then, which was unnecessary as I'd enjoyed my stay there, but because of this my initial review was overly positive and I suspect the other reviewers might have inflated scores because of this too.

   The staff were friendly As soon as we entered we were told no hot water in evenings. We switch on in mornings. The room air conditioner was not worker. Felt like the compressed was controlled by the management. Area was not clean. Very noisy. We could not switch the light surrounding tv. We have to remove card which switches everything off. The pillow bedsheets towels not clean We were subjected to sleep with lights on On check out owner asked me to open booking .com app then quietly directed me to review page and asked me to give a good review. This is not right. He said if I did not write good review he will get in trouble. In hindi "meri band bajayegi"
