Needed to leave. It smelled disgusting and I had the private room. Couldn’t charge my phone either. So I just left to another place to live.

Para nada recomendable aparte de la ubicacion es un terrible lugar las fotos son mucho mejor que el lugar, escogimos la "mejor habitacion", la cual esta hacia el balcon con luces que nunca apagan y la cortinas de la habitacion no sirven, entonces te da la luz en la cara toda la noche las habitaciones no tienen nada de ventilacion, baños sucios y sin agua caliente, las camas muy pequeñas y tenian bedbugs, no se dejen llevar por las fotos, eviten este hospedaje,

las señoras de la limpieza y la recepción (no la chica de cabello pintado) ROBARON UNA CAJA Ámbar com plata con un valor aproximado de 6,500 pesos y tengo una hoja de la fiscalía,exijo me devuelvas lo que tomaste. Sabes que fue conmigo la policía y te querías quedar con mi credencial y así me la devolvieron, exijo que me regresen mis cosas. así como también rentas espacios de mujeres y nos meten con hombres y cobran de más. en la fiscalía se abriría una carpeta de investigación.

Terminé solo quedándome una noche y haciendo check out la siguiente mañana, las instalaciones dejaron mucho que desear. Mi cuarto estaba muy caliente y no tenían ventiladores o ninguna opción. No tenian toallas, y a mi parecer el lugar si se ve diferente a las fotos. No me volveria a quedar aqui.

DON’T. GO. THERE. In all my travel years this was the most horrible experience ever. We arrived around 10 p.m. and were told that the room we had reserved was already given away to somebody else. They offered one single bunk bed for the two of us, no apology, nothing. Staff lacked basic human empathy and didnt care. Dorm and bathroom were loud, ugly, dirty and run down.

Avoid this hostel!!! 1) They want more money than what is stated on your booking + they charge 4% for paying by card. 2) Photos does not correspond to reality. Preview pictures looks nice, reality is disgusting cage with pillows on the unclean floor. 3) Everything is very dirty. 4) Stuff knows about these problems. But they didn't care and they are very arrogant. No helpfulness or willingness to assist. In the end we cancel it without deposit refund. This place is a joke, trap

Avoid at all costs! This hostel is filthy! The dorm is smelly and tiny, there's not enough room for your bags, and the beds are very uncomfortable. The sheets are dirty, and there isn't even a locker for your belongings. The shower is disgusting, and the staff is very unpleasant, especially Angelica. The slightest request or piece of information is automatically met with a "no." The less she does, the better she feels! You can find much better for the same price or even less than

Do not stay here unless you are desperate - the pictures do not reflect the reality… they make it look way nicer than it is! Our room was loppy. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting, the vanity unit in the bathroom is falling apart, the sink only one tap works and the sink doesn’t drain. The showers are mouldy and disgusting, and the staff definitely do not clean anywhere. I asked reception 3 times over 3 days to re-fill the hand soap and it never got done. Grim is an understatement

Honestly you get what you pay for here. Felt pretty grubby, and the toilet/ shower situation wasn’t lovely at all. Definitely saved a bit of cash but I’d genuinely rather not. Also weird that they keep your ID in a box at reception- weird vibe

Room for 2, bunk beds, was extremely small. We couldn't be standing together at the same time. The room is in front of the toilet, and smelled like sewage. The floor wasn't clean, and we could hear everything from the toilets.

EL servicio de reservacion en linea es pesimo, ya que aun que uno reserve, como estan en varias plataformas de reserva, puede suceder que tu reserva se cancele por que alguien mas la ocupo o ya la habian reservado y en otras plataformas aun aparece como disponible, no hay una buena comunicacion para avisarte sobre el problema masa que por un correo de cancelacion, y las instalaciones del lugar donde terminamos hospedados no concuerdan con las fotos mostradas en internet.

Había un fuerte olor a humedad en mi alojamiento, las instalaciones están ligeramente descuidadas, te retienen la identificación en la recepción

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal. Limpieza dentro de la propiedad y áreas comunes. El único inconveniente es que el ruido se filtra fácilmente entre las habitaciones.

En personal es super amable! Kary es super atenta al igual queAle y Angy. El ambiente en el hostel es súper agradable y las camas y habitaciones siempre limpias. No me puedo quejar, solo en ciertos huespedes con los que comprartes habitación pero es cuestión de suerte 🙃

Me gustó, me quedé en una habitación compartida solo para chicas y solo eran dos camas así que no compartes con mucha gente, la habitación si era muy pequeña pero si solo lo usas para dormir está excelente y la chica de recepción de cabello rojo es muy amable

Please reconsider your stay here. Location is great and close to many things. Staff, facilities, cleanliness are bad .

My experience in this hostel was beyond bad unfortunately. I booked an all-female dorm but was placed in a tiny room with one bunk bed, shared with a man (despite the listing saying 4-bed female only). Reception said it was a website error and “safe.” It wasn’t. The second night I was harassed for hours (verbal comments, standing by my bed, opening my curtain). Staff response was vague. As a solo female traveler, I cannot recommend this place.

they charge more for credit cards, but don't accept cash payments. one of the worst constructed hostels ive stayed in- even in a private room on the second floor, i could hear the street, my neighbors to the left/ right, across the hall, down the hall, everytime the front door rang for someone to be let in (nobody was overly loud- the walls are just drywall thats not even sealed off. no toilet paper, freezing cold water in the shower. good location/ terraza, but thats about it.
