Had weird smells all the time

It would all be good, except that they charged me double for my stay. Upon arrival they charge MXN 290 (US$ 16), which is more than was the cost of my reservation. When arguing with the their staff that this is not in line with the price announced on Hostelworld she would just quickly say lots of confusing nonsense arguments. Overall, if you are ready to be ripped off, this is a great option!

Needs good clean up everywhere! Last women shower needs to be changed..big shower head not working. Hair dryer works 30 seconds at the time, if you are lucky, last night two toilet stall had no toilet paper. Garbage can, after 4 days hasn't been empty out and its full. One of the male night security went in the female's room without knocking, anoucing himself and waiting making sure everyone was ok fir him to get in..his apology are irrelevant in this. Be respectful to woman and respect the rul...

Pésimo ambiente de parte del personal, poca empatía y cambio de reglas al alzar junto con juzgamientos de situaciones. Prohiben un convivió sano pareciendo más una cárcel que un hostel.

The vibe of the place is terrible.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hostel. The location is decent, and the property is clean and well-organized, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Despite emailing the hostel multiple times — at least 7–10 occasions — to confirm that I paid a deposit and would pay the remaining balance upon arrival, my booking was canceled without any notification. Not a hostel at all, more of a hotel, no atmosphere, they try to charge you for everything. They wouldn't let me leave my bag after I checked out which for me is the most basic of services a hostel provides. The place itself is nice and the staff are friendly but I really can't recommend it to anyone. Maybe decent if you ar 40 and want to chill alone.

I thought it was an amazing building. It was very comfortable. I think the area is a little outdated, for that reason I think you should try a private room, due to safety & security. I had no problems with the locker & other guests.

The place is wonderful and was excited when I entered the self contained room. Because I had taken the cleanliness at face value, I didnt notice the dust in the room. Whenever I enter a dusty place, I am so affected by it. As I looked around I saw that the place was so dusty. The water marks on the bathroom mirror were clearly showing. very nice modern space for the price. a couple of very good sleeps here. location is a little more residential but there is a good tienda and cheap restaurant nearby

If you need a quiet hostel to plan your trip and you don’t wont do be distracted this is your hostel. They have a gym but i felt like everything was dirty.

Very nice room with private kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Loved this hostel. If you are respectful of of other while co-living this is your place. If you want to be loud, messy or disruptive this is not your hostel. It was always spotless, great kitchen, comfy beds and the staff was the nicest ever! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

This hostel felt so luxurious. Everything was perfect and the staff was super super super super nice! Loved the location too it’s great if you want to experience a different part of Mexico City. Felt very safe there. It’s the only place in the city I’ve felt safe enough to get tacos at 1am.

Andy and her colleagues were absolutely lovely. Really friendly and answered any questions we had. The room was perfect after a long journey. And everything was clean and organised. Muchas gracias!!

The private room was spacious and clean, I really enjoyed staying here. Just seemed a bit hard to find a staff member at times.
