A clean and quiet hostel but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Facilities are very basic and I did not think the staff were very polite. One of the members broke my tablet while I was out and whilst I appreciate accidents happen offered nothing towards repairs and claimed that I shouldn't have left it there in the first place. Disappointing to say the least. Also they may charge you if you need to stay longer after you have checked out in the morning, which to me is not part of a hotel spirit.

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft ganz ok. Jedoch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das Hostel wenig mit „Eco“ aus Überzeugung zu tun hat, sondern eher aus Spargründen. Wir haben auch in einem anderen Hostel übernachtet, das für etwas mehr Geld deutlich mehr wert geboten hat.

This is not a long stay hostel at all - the kitchen is not equipped for more than 1 person, there’s only 1 cutting knife and a portable stove ring. You can’t leave dry food in the kitchen, it needs to be in your room or you get told off. If you leave something in the fridge unmarked, Victor throws it away. Not much atmosphere either and check in times are inflexible. It’s really clean and next to the bus station. Good for a night but that’s it.

The place is fine, but the kitchen is under-equipped, it was not particularly clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, and the fridge barely works. Not all of the staff members were particularly welcoming.

Le wifi est très mauvais! Personnel super sympa et l’auberge est clean. Les chambres sont très petites par contre.

el servicio de wifi malísimo! usan un celular para dar hot spot y por obvias razones se satura! y el dueño le da igual si sirve o no! solo se excusa diciendo que el problema es de nosotros como huéspedes y x nuestros celulares y compus... y para colmo se lleva el celular de 5 am a 1pm todos los días... intenté Miles veces hacer pendientes y revisar tours pero fue imposible ... todo mundo se quejaba con el staff pero lamentablemente ellos no podían hacer nada debido a que el dueño le da ig...

Great location, clean, near the bus station and short walk to the centre. I didn’t like that I just arrived from Bolivia tired from the Uyuni tour and the owner didn’t want to allow me to chill for a bit and wait for check-in and leave my bags in the room instead of the rabbit s*** and dirt where he throw my bags when I arrived. He was telling me to go get cash out because I can’t check-in without payment. There is nothing eco in this place apart from selective rubbish collection. Weird vi...

Victor is a great host, ready to help out with anything and give recommendations. The location is one of the best, right near town. It doesn’t cultivate much of an atmosphere as the silent hours start at 10pm, and also please note the wifi basically doesn’t work and it’s hard to find sims - though at the same time it’s easy to function in San Pedro without service. Really well equipped kitchen too, perfect for cooking.

Good hostel - I like the emphasis of being more eco conscious. Kitchen is very small and could do with a bit more equipment. There was only one very dull knife for chopping. Beds were comfy but heads up - there is a cockerel next door that starts cockadoodledo-ing at 6am and keeps going for a few hours….bring earplugs!

Enjoyed my stay at this small but cozy and friendly hostel. Good value for money in the area and had all the basic necessities. Place was clean, comfortable and well located in the town. Victor runs a tight ship which was appreciated given the extreme tour hours and close quarters of the area. Would stay again and recommend to those who aren't looking for a party-style hostel.

I enjoy my stay here very much: the bed is clean and comfortable, the room is neat, I got everything I need: kitchen, laundry, female dedicated washroom, environmental friendly recycling and sun-drying. In addition, the cute bunny Cookie, swings and table in the yard. I even climbed on to the tree house to enjoy some sunshine and breeze. Both Victor and Carls are very friendly and helpful, I can feel the passion they have for this home, and I wish them the best in the future!

Nice cheap hostel. Our room flooded due to storm and nobody was there to help which was fine but beds were really unstable but was fine due to price however the owner was quite rude to us as we wanted to cook the rest of our food in the morning and we weren’t allowed to use the kitchen. Strange vibes

Lovely Hostal if you just want to chill out and decompress a little. Not too much on the sides of socializing & there was a few too many rules in the kitchen

Great hostel to stay in. Lovely atmosphere, very clean, lovely staff and overall great vibes. And the best part? The rabbit cookie that lives there! I love the fact it’s so eco-friendly with organised bins for different recyclables. The hostel also offers some tours. The vibe in the evening was lovely because it was very calm. Kitchen was always clean for cooking. :)

Super nice / chilled hostel! Great places for hanging out / relaxing. Place was super clean and comfy. Owners were really nice too. Not the most social hostel / location a bit further out of town, otherwise no complaints :)

Here you feel like at home. Extremely clean and very friendly staff. Thanks to Victor, Carla, and Paula. A special mention for their tours, especially the three day trip to Uyuni, which will always be one of my best memories.

L'auberge est très propre. Le personnel est tres accueillant et tres gentil. Possibilité de faire une lessive. La cuisine est tres bien équipée pour cuisiner. Le jardin est tres cozy et agréable. L'auberge propose des tours pour visiter les environs. Merci beaucoup Victor, Carla et Paula ; nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Super clean super nice . Cute environment and safe. The lady at the front desk helped us a lot for anything and made sure we were okay and had everything we wanted! I recommend it !

The hostel was great, the receptionist was extremely helpful in sort the tours for us. The tours we did in Atacama were in both English and Spanish. The Uyuni tour is just in Spanish. The highlight for me was playing with the pet rabbit - Cookie!

We loved staying here, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful especially with organising trips!

Great atmosphere, they have a rabbit called Cookie, the common area is relaxed and nice and shady and can watch the sunset from a treehouse!
