BED BUGS!!! BICHOS EN LA CAMA. NOS TUVIMOS QUE IR A LA 1 DE LA MAÑANA EL MISMO DIA QUE ENTRAMOS POR ESO MISMO. Ni bien llegamos la dueña estaba a los gritos en la cocina,.se notaba que era la dueña por su actitud de superada, después le pregunté para confirmar. Me pareció desagradable.

Everything was great, but I think it is important for other travelers to know that we did discover bed bugs in the headboard of the room we were in. Staff were very accomdating in giving us another room. However, we were in a private room and got placed into a 6 bed dorm, which was only for us. I guess that was all that was available. The bed bugs: there were not many. However, there was a dead one hanging in a web under the bed, and I hope that they hadn't been there for long but impossible to say. I get it is an awkward situation. I have worked in hostels myself, and it is never an ideal situation. But bed bugs can ruin a person's entire trip. Lucky enough, it hadn't gotten into our bags. The staff were good, but it would have been nice if the manager was more attentive to this situation. There wasn't a personal apology or some sort of refund. Considering we had to go into a dorm room. I guess we could have been a bit more demanding instead of modest, but I guess I expected a little more from a business side of things. They did say they would fumigate the room, I hope they did :)
