Hostel Like Quijote

I’ve stayed in many hostels worldwide, and this was by far the worst experience. The staff was cold and authoritarian, treating guests like mere numbers. After check-out, all access was cut off, as if we were intruders or potential thieves. The bathrooms were also extremely dirty. There was no warmth or hospitality, just strict and unfriendly rules. This experience was unacceptable, and I would never recommende this hostel !!!

fue un desastre. habiamos reservado y pagado la seña, nos enviaron un recibo con saldo a pagar por $16000 y cuando llegamos nos querian cobrar $21000 hasta que una de las chicas encargadas nos dio la razón. teniamos desayuno incluido y no lo hicieron, otros huéspedes tambien afectados. Pasabamos dos noches separadas entre sí, nos confirmaron la misma pero la agendaron mal en su sistema. Al llegar el 2 dia no tenían camas por las que ya habíamos pagado (100%) y el "dueño" incompetente inex...

I booked this hostel for their good rating. However i must admit i was highly disappointed. Ik had a 4 bed mixed ensuite. It has been the smallest room for 4 beds since my more than 3 months travelling. 2 regular beds and 1 bunk in less than 16m2. A prison in holland has more space for 1. This was dorm nr 1. Dont know about the other rooms. No plug near your bed, no light at your bed. The bathroom didnt lock. Just 2 lockers for 4 beds. The desk in the room made it smaller even. Way overpriced!!!

Staff super nice but the facilities leave a lot to be desired. There was no hot water ( no information on this). The bed sheets smelt damp. The showers still all had hair in the drains straight after cleaning. Kitchen looked nice but the surfaces were sticky. There are better places to stay closer to town for the same price or a nominal amount more.

Price was high, the hostel is very cramped, there was not much space to keep stuff in the room, shower in bathroom was very small, bunk bed would was noise, security lockers were few and required large locks. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable stay..

dorm rooms are pretty small and some have only 2 outlets (in a dorm of 4) also bathrooms are pretty dirty, and some overflow. staff was very nice and accomodating

Pocos baños para tanta gente, por lo que siempre están sucios y hediondos. Muy desmejorado. La cocina muy sucia. La cama cucheta no tenía escalerita para subir o bajar así que era muy incómodo. No tenían enchufes cerca d las camas. El staff buena onda! Gracias!

There was no hot water and sometimes no water at all. During off hours it was fine but a pain to schedule. The facilities themselves were fine but quite old and not the cleanest. Very clean and a cosy atmosphere. Breakfast with homemade bread is lovely. They have some local goods on sale too.

I only stayed one night but the staff were very nice and welcoming, the hostel was very clean and I absolutely loved the kitchen :) Thank You!

S beste zmorge in emene hostel wo ich bis jetzt gha han (selbergmachts brot) und au sehr suber. Einzig d duschene sind ziemlich chli und händ wenig druck, aber süscht sehr empfehlendswert, würdi wieder go

Experiencia perfecta. Reservé en un principio para unas noches y lo acabé alargando 2 más. El ambiente era genial y las chicas un encanto. Todo estaba muy limpio y el pan del desayuno buenísimo. Volvería 100%

I really liked this hostel! The staff was super friendly and my bed was very comfortable in the private room. It is also situated next to a really nice park!

Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Older building so difficult sleeping at night with the noises due to sleeping in room at bottom floor and not enough bathrooms for all guests. Mattress was comfortable.

Muy buena estadía, el personal muy amable y dedicado, el ambiente amigable y tranquilo, algunas instalaciones podrían estar mejor, lo recomiendo ;)

LOVED IT.

This was a great stay, comfy pillow and beds. There were lots of friendly people with all sorts of interests. Lots of out door activities, lots of club/bar, lots of restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were lovely and helpful, it’s very clean, the dorm room bed was comfortable and they have a really good kitchen and cozy common spaces. They also offer really delicious homemade bread and jams in the morning with the breakfast. The only downside was that the shower wasn’t very good but it was fine for a couple days. Definitely would come back here again.

Extremely clean property. Not super social or full of activity recommendations, but is a comfortable place to stay.

Bright building very close to the centre if Bariloche. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful.
