Aseo precario, ropa de cama sucia, manchada. CAMAS LLENAS DE CHINCHES!!!! Desperté en medio de la madrugada, porque los Bed Bugs me estaban devorando, tuve que esperar hasta las 10 de la mañana para hablar con alguien porque a esa hora abre la recepción. La única respuesta que recibí fue que me podían cancelar los días que quedaban de mi reserva, no se hacen cargo y saben perfectamente QUE VENDEN HABITACIONES INFESTADAS DE CHINCHES!!!!

Me encantó el ambiente del hostal, muy acogedor y familiar. El personal era muy amable. Los baños estaban muy limpios también. La única cosa mala era que había pulgas y chinches. El personal era muy comprensivo y me ayudaron a lavar mis cosas. Espero que puedan resolverlo rápidamente porque es un lugar muy bonito y sería un 10/10.

Quando cheguei, havia um prestador de serviço para fumegar alguns quartos. Achei que era um procedimento padrão, mas 2 dias depois entendi do que se tratava. Estavam com 2 quartos fechados por causa de bedbugs e, no último dia, informaram que tinha sido encontrado também no meu quarto, em outro beliche. Gostaria de ter sido avisada assim que fiz a reserva (fiz em um dia para me hospedar no hostel no dia seguinte, por 3 dias). Por causa disso, preferi buscar outra acomodação às pressas para meu último dia de viagem. Paguei minha estadia no cartão de crédito, mas me reembolsaram (achei muito digno e justo) em dinheiro, mas preferia que tivesse sido estornado o equivalente no cartão de crédito.

Yogi Hostels sits in Providencia in a strong spot for the metro, Costanera, shops, food, and nightlife. The house has a pleasant outdoor area, and entry relies on access codes for coming and going. Rooms can be spacious, and some have curtains that darken the room a little, decent beds, and a quiet feel. There is also a kitchen and a relaxed common area outside, so it can work well as a simple base in Santiago. The weak spots are hard to ignore: bathroom and kitchen cleanliness can slide, towels and hot water are not always dependable, noise carries, and late arrivals or access timing can turn into a mess. Expect a basic stay with a strong location and a few comfort points, but not steady upkeep.
