Mistico Hostel 23

Staff are kind, friendly and helpful. The kitchen is small and awkward & has the BARE minimum - one of each cooking tool, & doesn’t even have salt or cooking oil. Not a single door handle in the place works, and the bathrooms don’t have locks. The bathrooms could be much cleaner, and the lobby area could be warmer (they tend to prop the doors open). The wifi doesn’t work either. Our room was good, but at our next hostel we saw someone from 23 who said their room there had bed bugs. YIKES!

A hostel that serves merely the purpose of accommodation. There is not a very comfortable or inviting common area. Wifi wasn’t working well. The kitchen could be better equipped. I saw the owner being a bit tooooo friendly with female guests and staff, and felt a bit uncomfortable due to that. I met another traveler who stayed at the hostel telling me he got bed bugs and they kept new guests coming in what so ever. Wouldn’t recommend it.
