la sede estaba cerrada y nadie me respondió y perdí la plata que me tocó pagar por adelantado para apartarla. no deberían ofrecer un servicio si no está disponible. que porquería de aplicación no tiene como una cancelar la reserva y recuperar el dinero.
Lousy. I had a reservation on March 16, I arrived at the property and it was closed, so I called and told the person who answered that I had a reservation, as soon as I said that she hung up. I called several times after that but no one answered. I send a message on WhatsApp and they did not answer either. It was 5pm and I had to go and look for another place.
