Zimmer müffelte furchbar. Es war sehr kalt, Ofen wurde nicht eingeheizt. Badzimmer schimmlig und heruntetgekommen. Übler Geruch. Wir haben und entschieden lieber 2 Tage nicht zu duschen, statt einen Fuss dort reinzusetzen. Man durfte auch nur 5min duschen. Küche wohl ok ausgestattet aber man wurde beim Check-In darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass man nur sehr einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten darf. Gastgeber immer sehr freundlich. Unterkunft kein Cent wert. It is what it is for 10$ a night but in general the hostel is overcrowded with beds, the whole structure feels illegal as they are trying to fit as many people as possible into a small home (that the family also lives in) with no ventilation in the rooms. the kitchen is for 1 PERSON at a time, there is no space and there are strict rules (what, how, and when you can cook - if there is space for you). There are 2 bathrooms for ALL GUESTS with poor ventilation, mold…

Ich kann es keiner allein reisenden Frau empfehlen! Ich fühlte mich nicht wirklich sicher und die Beschreibung passte auch nicht ganz zum Hostel. Susy ist aber eine wirklich sehr nette Frau, die das beste Frühstück zubereitet und sehr hilfsbereit ist!

Hostel zelf is oke alles wat je verwacht is er. Maar de eigenaar is nogal eigenaardig. Erg streng en er staat de hele dag schreeuwende hardrock op. Toen wij de volgende dag nog even aan het chillen waren zetten hij expres een speaker binnen en buiten met vreselijke muziek aan om ons weg te pesten. Erg onaardig en vreselijke geluid. Zou hier niet terug komen. Misschien als je doof bent wel prima hostel

J’arrive pas à me faire un avis le personne n’étais pas très aimable et on ne faite surtout pas votre lessive c’est très chère et y’a pas de bonne odeur

Excellent breakfast and we were very well looked after by the staff.

I don’t know why, but they were kind of unfriendly to me. The day I was leaving the husband (owner) wanted to kick me out because I was talking to some guests in the entrance.

Ok hostel, little far from town

L’auberge en sois est chouette mais très loin du centre et c’est la première fois en cinq mois de voyage que l’heure du check out signifie agressivité de la part des hôtes. Ils nous ont dit qu’on pouvait attendre dehors le temps d’attendre notre bus mais ils ont vite changé d’avis en nous criant dessus qu’on avait pas le droit d’être sur la terrasse avec nos affaires…

The hosts are very nice and overall okay hostel. The breakfast is very nice with homemade bread. But we had different expectations of the hostel, the ratings are very high but their are definitely some points for improvement. The room and shared spaces are not clean, the location is quite far, the room is very small and it seems like a lot of people are living in the house. Also in the night we were hearing a man talk untill around 12am, the walls are very thin and we can hear everything.

Nice Hostel with comfy bed, hot showers and good breakfast. Also very good price. The house was quite cold and the dorms could be furnished a little more (no lockers or anything to put your stuff on). Would stay again:)

excelente el lugar, las personas, muy acogedora la hostel. plantas por doquier, todo muy sureño y minimalista. Ricos desayunos y empanadas horneadas las que preparan :P

The hotel is very cute and the owners are super friendly, the breakfast changed everyday and was delicious, the beds were comfy and the view from my room was great. It’s a little out of town but other than that it’s great!

Really nice little hostel. The hosts are very accommodating and very lively people. Breakfast each day was different and so yummy. We were there in April so a little quieter but seemed that way across all hostels from others we talked too. Would recommend!

The staff here are beyond welcoming, kind and friendly. I really appreciated their hospitality! The kitchen and common area were very welcoming and cozy. Always playing beautiful and melodic music. The breakfast in the morning was honestly the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hostel. A small recommendation would be to put a rubbish bin in the room and also a space heater. It can get a bit chilly! The bedding was fantastic though and the bed was super comfy!

Breakfast was fantastic! We met some incredible people at this hostel and the owners were so welcoming and relaxed.

Etwas sehr individuell erstelltes und gepflegtes Haus. Ich hatte ein extrem dunkles Zimmer. Susy ist phantastisch nett und hilfsbereit. Lage echt gut um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu kommen. Ruhig. Und sauber: je nach Ansicht

Such a lovely and whimsical little hostel in puerto varas! It is about a 15 minute walk from the main centre. Very cozy shared spaces, clean bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, though you cannot use the oven. Staff were very friendly and helpful when planning activities in puerto varas. I can’t wait to come back 🫶🏻

We had a good stay here. The hosts were lovely and made us feel welcome. Whilst the room is a little small, it was very good value. Excellent breakfasts too!

Unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber; täglich wechselndes und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Der Essbereich und Aufenthaltsraum strahlen eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Man fühlt sich bei "Tia Suzy" einfach wohl!

Super süßes Hostel! Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen! Es gab jeden Tag Frühstück und die Unterkunft hat sich angefühlt wie ein Zuhause! Alles war sauber und sicher haben wir uns auch gefühlt! In die Stadt sind es zu Fuß etwa 10-15 min und man befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit toller Aussicht. Immer wieder gerne! Danke für den familiären Aufenthalt ☺️

I loved my stay here, a real old school hostel that knows what they are doing. With what must be the best breakfast I’ve received at a hostel. Loved the staff and the set up, highly recommend.

Trop bien accueilli, petite auberge familiale où on est super bien reçu. Service de laverie au top et petit déjeuner incroyable !

Overall a very good place to stay if you are looking for a place to have some proper rest. It's not an actual hostel, but more like a homestay. Rooms are simple, but has what you need. The bed was by far the biggest (double bed) I have ever had at a dorm and was very comfortable. Susy makes a good, breakfast every morning and were very kind and helpful all the time. Not proper hostel atmosphere and a few stricter rules, but didn't bother me for a few days.

sehr einfach aber gemütlich...frühstück ist unschlagbar, susy macht sogar die Brötchen selber..sbens err mag kann hausgemachte pizza bestellten..es gibt pizzaservice
