Ya comenté mi experiencia en este hostel. Dis noches mal dormido. Los dueños participaron de una reunion hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Estaban de beberaje (cosa que no juzgo) y hablando en voz alta y risas. Todo bien a otras horas o en el lugar indicado. Los que estamos de viaje y nos dedicamos a recorrer necesitamos estar descansados. La segunda noche pararon porque salimos con otro huesped a pedirles que la cortaran. Son situaciones que con alcohol mediante pueden terminar mal. Por esto...

Eu comprei um tour com eles para hiking de Valbona a Theth, não comprem, vendem uma coisa e entregam outra, terrível, falaram que os quartos teriam 4 camas, mostrar fotos e tudo, quando cheguei lá eram quartos com 10 camas, 1 banheiro pra pousada inteira, fora que é a pousa mais distante da cidade. Horrível

Chambre détachée et éloignée. Froide et humide. Aucun moyen de se réchauffer car la réception est dans un jardin. Il n'y a pas de pièce fermée où se retrouver. En été, cela ne présente pas de problème mais au printemps, on gèle. Ma chambre disposait du chauffage que j'ai allumé lors de mon arrivée pour réchauffer la pièce au rez-de-chaussée et qui donnait sur le linge à sécher, bien humide. Malheureusement quelqu'un l'a coupé dans mon dos et le soir, j'avais tellement froid...

Después de reservar con ellos una noche y todo el tour a theth, en mi viaje hacia Albania perdi la conexión hacían Tirana lo que hizo que me quedase en Istanbul por 14h. Obviamente mi itinerario iba a estar afectado, por lo que le pedí hacer un check in late. aún así avisando a la recepcionista del hostel de mi situación de desespero, no tuvo ninguna consideración y me invitó a buscarme otro lugar donde dormir, además de no darme otras opciones para el tour que realmente tenía muchas ...

Bar only accessible to guests

I found the staff condescending and rude.

We wanted to stay there, but luckily we decided not to. When we arrived the girl was not friendly at all. To make things even worse, they scammed us when ordering a taxi, +50% versus normal rate. We only heard bad stories from others that stayed there.

This place is very elitist and cult like. As soon as you check out and they have your money you mean nothing to them, terrible customer service. The 'free' food and drinks is included in the price and it is to keep you staying inside and not going elsewhere. After paying for two nights, a trek, a bike and a minivan. They said i coudnt even stay to sit and talk with my friends. Worst treatment I've had in months of travel after spending close to 200 euros with them. Save your money and go elsewhe...

"We make sure it's quiet for the guests" yeah sure you do, blaring loud music until the early hours of the morning. Great for those who only need 3 hours of sleep a night
